Interesting fortescue replacing fleet with electric haulage. 360 vehicles, if they can do it in mines then that would suggest to me the hgvs and estimates discussed should be feasible.

Thanks for that. In section 5 and if I read correctly, it is in reference to bypassing the ratification process. So 2/3rds agree and no further ratification/process is required.

I don’t see the opposition objecting as such. I see it as typical sabre rattling, the opposition make noise, basically saying nothing passes unless it follows due process, as we protect the people (political games).

However that doesn’t mean they object. It’s more who’s party or party can claim the glory or share.
