Based upon the below, I feel we have a buyer scooping up shares, trqcking basically long states tranche 2 entry.
Long State is currently incentivized to hold rather than dump. Because 50% of their investment is held in a "Swap Deposit", if the share price drops below their entry point before the settlement date, they actually owe money back to Atlantic Lithium. Conversely, if they wait for the projected 2026 lithium market recovery—with analyst targets for ALL.L currently at 34p—their potential profit increases exponentially, particularly on the 10 million warrants.
Initial Placement Cost: 24.8 million shares were issued at £0.081.
Second Placement Cost: 19.4 million shares were issued at approx. £0.103.
