Hmm, I if you don’t mind will play a little devils advocate.
Point 1) on the basis that they need the law changed, and not the agreement. Why two weeks to approve? As the majority of the agreement, wording and terminology should already have been reviewed. As per the video, they have read the agreement and need the law changed and the minister to approve /set rate(s), as these rates or ranges within, could be applied to all mining at x point going forward.
2) on the basis that all mining maybe impacted at some point, by these legal changes, do you anticipate or see further delays, I.e. would mps or ministers in say mining regions object, delay or push back. Based upon say the impact of jobs losses, as automation may reduce costs to address the loss of profits.
3) on any delay due to say point 2 do you not see a drop back to the lows at all being feasible?
