You lot have no shame. The share price almost traded sun-1p on Friday, sub-1p. Think on that. Anyone listening to the seemingly better informed minority here could have saved themselves a lot of money by exiting months back. But still you go on and on in your ill informed, dreamland postings there bare no resemblance to reality at all. Just look at all the carp posted on here even since just June, let alone before then and think about how that played out!! But still you’re at it. My god, no wonder aim is known in professional circles and the black hole for retail investors and their cash. Good luck next week and those afterwards, at some point the light bulb might just turn on for some of you, either that or GL will run out of cash to keep the lights on. He’s got zero accountability and has zero inclination to treat existing sh with any respect or do what’s in their best interests. It’s like a 7yr slow mo train crash where you’re all picking the bottom time after time at 50p, 20p, 8p, 5p, 3p and now 1p and can’t see the pattern. Just wow.

It’s pretty hard not to think that last months huge conversion is all the selling that’s been sitting on sp recently. Same can be expected from Monday onwards then, but new starting point is 1.05p so all time lows are in sight next week or two, for me. For me option 2 is most likely. Why would they lend 4.5m to SOU then two months later realise they’re short of cash? Seems extremely unlikely to me.

You lot are all very odd. Abusive and dismissive of other views but perfectly content to post things as fact when you’re not certain at all. Are you sure the 12m trade is a buy? I’m not, it looks like a sell to me. Graham and gang 100% knows who the seller is, I suspect it’s one of our strategic partners. Who else has the position to sell tens of millions month after month? They’re well positioned to know. That’s what I see. Could it be CalVal selling out of remainder of last months conversion ahead if a new month upcoming? There is another scenario but I’ll keep that to myself for now. Main point is I strongly see GL as no different to JP, it’s all about the company no consideration for the existing SH. Ask yourself, how much skin in the game do they have? I mean actual skin, not free options or shares, but shares they’ve actually bought with their own hard earned cash like you lot? If none or incredibly few as is the case, why over the last 3yrs have they bought basically none? If SOU is such a no brainer, they’ve not been unable to buy for huge portions of that time. Same as JP. He took the free cream and left SH with the bill. Same as this lot. IMHO, of course.

hi turnoff, i think that’s the problem there, too many use that level of research, it’s safe to assume…. i never assume anything and i what i stated was what gl said at the agm/investor presentation, that it will be a 3 well drill programme and he’s only funded currently for one well. ask him rather than surmising. you’ll find it better for your wallet in the end. no drills for years, i don’t think gl has it in him. that’s one thing, the one thing jp was good at, rolling the dice on drills. shame he and his team were **** at finding actual gas and everything else.

Anyone with an objective view has to ask themselves why SOU valuation is just £20m. On paper that might look odd to many. But the fact is this all revolves around management’s ability to get phase 2 over the line now without further damage & dilution to existing SHs, and the fact is past history here and continued contemporary opaque, inaccurate (I’m being kind) and incomplete statements by management have run the well of good faith dry here with investors. Mark my words a large bill will be coming down the line re pipeline costs inflating over the last 2-3yrs (steel, energy, labour etc), that was not accounted for in the prior calcs or negotiations. It’s a damning indictment of the in house broker they’re that basic they can’t factor this into their valuation model of 4.6p, just in the same way they didn’t or couldn’t factor in a reasonable assumption of SH dilution that was certain from the bank funding negotiation announced in Jun23. I wouldn’t go so far as to suggest that’s deliberate of course (mmm…..) but it’s in the company’s interest to not completely torpedo things so early on. The pace here is geological and I don’t see a drill until 2026 (GL stated he wanted to line 3 up together, which he has insufficient funding for) nor first gas revenues from phase 2 until 2026 either, without either of these the sp has no major upside impetus and just the prospect of ongoing regular dilution to keep the G&A lights on. Not a pretty prospect. All held up by SHs that seem unable or unwilling to look objectively here, dyor and see this for what it is. Too many living in £1/tcf and 30-50p valuation dreams….

KTF - all i will say is you have zero shame and a seeming inability to accept you're wrong. SP trading 1.05p this morning with 95% sells. The SP direction says all you need to know about this company and this mgt team. Mcap now sub-£20m with all those TCFs in the acreage (cough, cough). Honestly, what a car crash. The mkt is pricing this down to fail / cease trading in my view. We know there's pretty much zero cashflow benefit to SOU from phase 1, it's all about Phase 2, and that's 3+ years away in my view from any revenue, so how many cash raises / equity dilutions in the meantime. Like I said, existing SHs here are on the hook for massive future dilution in my view, and GL knows it, he just hasn't got the character to admit it to anyone email them it seems. Zero progress here, missed deadlines time after time here, lack from ONYM payments to SOU all = zero sp value imho. Sub 1p coming very soon, then new lows sub-0.8p. This forum is little more than a cult messaging board, crammed full of those unwilling to listen to any logic here

I’d imagine it’s like trying to argue something like climate change or women’s rights with Trump, KTF. There’s just no arguing with some once their mind is made up. Anyway, all the time I’ve been pointing out issues recently the sp has dropped over 40% from just south of 2p, all the time you’ve been posting unfounded glowing posts the sp has dropped from 30-40p to 1p. Need I say more?

Anyway, if you keep at it I’m sure you’ll get a small rally that won’t sustain one day soon. Do you never think to yourself that the market might have this right, and you’re wrong?

Another good sp performance, GL and team have had another good day (-6%) and indeed week (-10% or more). Next week Rodders…..

As if to prove my point, and the timing couldn't be more of a kick in the teeth for any existing SH here - Block Admission RNS just published, detailing all the ZERO COST stock options awarded to management in the last 6 months. For what? What KPIs / targets could they possibly have reached to justify yet more gorging at the candy jar at SH expense? Deferred bonus scheme from prior years, what a joke. Trough, trough, trough. Zero delivering = Zero value = Near Zero SP, simple as that. This is a very strange company in terms of it's SH base and unwillingness to press the mgt team / vote with your feet.

Your posts indicate no shame, and no acceptance at any point that you're been wrong. the current best bid (soon to trade) is now 1.10p as all the 1.15p bids have just traded out. if so that will be another approx -10% down day for SOU. you've been spouting the same baseless optimisitc unrealistic unsupported and subjective tripe for years here, and yet sitting just off all time lows, with NO buying interest even at these levels with mcap now sub-£20m, you still have no character to hold your hands up or at least show some acceptance you've called this horirbly wrong

My post wasn't specifically about you ktf. you seem very sensitive, don't be. it was a very broad view/observation, and one I believe is true.

Blink, i find a lot of things on this board odd. there are lots of under researched and over invested people (i'm not in that group by the way) that are basically treating SOU like a casino, when based on all past experience, evidence and fact here is against all odds, as the 'house' (think GL & Co) will win, not current existing SHs, in my view. The nature of the stakeholders on the corporate side is inmy opinion such that any good news would at least be 'locally' leaky. You'd see unexplained or unjustified bid side strength to the order book / trade flow. In fact you're seeing the opposite for 2 months now. That is a fact, and that is far more powerful and objective than all the head in the sand / fingers crossed blend faith that many here seem to use to justify their investment.

Blink, I don’t have to justify my presence here anymore than anyone else. I understood this was an investor bb, not a cheerleading forum. I’m here to objectively share and understand others views. Unfortunately for me at least I’m really struggling to get anything concrete out of the cult here. There’s nothing other than blind faith, which is nothing but subjective and supported by nothing of value to me or any sane investor. I have no agenda. My posts might appear negative to you, but they’re not. They reflect reality that is this company. That’s not my doing.

Feel free to explain or push back on any of my points. You’re just going after the individual, not the points I’m making, which just reinforces my view that I’m right and you all either know it, or fear it, and are too invested to admit it. This management team are treating investors here like chumps. Over the years I’ve been far more engaged and present than 99% of people on this forum in Sound. But I’m constantly open to objective views supported by fact and reality, unfortunately they’re precious few of those here.

It’s bewildering. So few seem to do any or sufficient objective research. Like you said this doesn’t feel like an objective investor forum, it’s more like a cheerleading clique where any discerning views or objective posts are shouted down by the usual suspects.

Seems like the crowd are lapping up your post KTF. I never said or implied it was a scam. I am convinced there are many many investors who don’t understand risks here, aim company funding bs, and are woefully optimistic against all reasonable conclusions that could be drawn from past performance and delivery by any version of SOU management, including these jokers. I was not the only person at the investor presentation / agm who was very uncomfortable about what they said and would not answer. Next year Rodney….

Good evening KTF, sp took another spanking today with no buyers. What can you say? It’s the billy bs(ers) in sound hq that are to blame. Bet the funder isn’t too chuffed, 2.25p is where they bought in, eek! 1p by end of week or sooner. Zero value here, just a big hole in the desert.

it's all the rage now, but boundaries are not any important for relationships between individuals, but also between shs are company management. successive versions of mgt at sou have, as is the way with most aim companies, learnt they can treat their capital funding source (i.e. sh, existing and potential) as *****es. they can bs and be creative with reality and employ all the usual tricks and in return deliver zip, and stick to nothing they state. take the calval 45 day funding deadline for example as stated in the 13th june rns. it's now 18 days past that critical deadline and the company have stated nothing, the sp continues to fall and in the end, the assets (to the extent there are any) are still there, management are still gorging on their inflated and unjustified salaries, and the sp is near record lows. they don't care if there are 1.9bn shares in issue or 10bn. it makes no difference to them. it makes a huge difference to existing sh though, but they treat them with utter contempt and most people just sit there and take it.....

KTF, investors and posters here have been spouting that same carp all the way down from 100p, to 1p. Good luck with your punt here, I suspect you’ll need a lot more than that though. GL is ultimately not here to benefit existing or LT shareholders, he’s here to try and benefit the company, not the same thing. He has and will dilute you to dust over the coming months and years. Even if phase 1 and 2 proceed and gas actually flows (still very far from certain) you’ll find you own such a small % of both the share capital (further dilution) and the underlying asset revenues (further asset dilution, think CalVal deal) that you’re going to be far worse off. I think the stable sp at just 25% or 0.3p above all time lows and 99% below all time highs says there are very few new or existing sh (with cash to add to positions) that share your outlook.

Crumbs, I see a lot of group think / glue sniffing has been going on today. A little reminder of the 2016 madness here. This time next year Rodney…. The team can’t even meet a short term deadline or communicate with the company’s owners and it’s back to 8x current valuation won’t cut it etc. I assume JP is lurking in this thread somewhere…..
