i didn't want to overly confuse you and complicate things ktf, but the use of debt, borrowings in any form is just other way of diluting down existing sh as it merely reduces future discounted cashflows attributable to existing shs, so there's another way that this ****show is merely openly (or in gl's way, less openly, to catch the niaive investors out) dilluting away existing shs. soon most will be grateful for 1p. there's no chance sp angel don't revise their target down to sub-2p (from current 4.6p) once any financing deals are published, if they ever are.......

fact is you have consistently been wrong, misunderstood and misinterpreted the situation here for years, and now have 3500 posts proving the true value of your opinion and view. I think you are financially illterate, and just don't understand some of the basics, such as the gulf between the company doing well or not over the medium term and an existing SH doing well or bad over the same timeframe. They are completely different, particularly given GL's MO of dilluting down equity and assets to the extent he is. There will be another large refinancing in the coming 8 weeks, the company have very clearly warned of this, for those that can bring themself to read the English that is stated in company statements. Another dillution to keep the team in salaries/bonuses, stretch this zombie company out just a little longer

For me and many many others, GL displays exactly the same traits as JP. it's easy when the wind is behind your back, but there's a bunker mentality and a refusal to repond to very reasonable investor/potential investor queries when he doesn't think it wants to explain the shotshow he's presided over. who cares if i posted when jp was around or not, i'm don't need to try to validate myself from behind a keyboard, unlike yourself. All the below are facts. Anyone that doubts them just look at company RNSs or SP Angel notes, don’t listen to some bitter poster who has woefully got this company wrong as demonstrated by their own 3500 posts on a single company!!!!

No interest rate in bank loan RNS

SP Angel (company paid research firm) stated they can’t value the shares without that data point, obviously!!

Company has missed two critical funding related deadlines (fact), and on neither occasion did they bother to inform or update SHs, fact.

Those that actually read and understand RNSs (not you ktf) will recall that JP (sorry I meant GL) sneakily left out the proposed interest rate for the proposed bank

Loan from that RNS. As such sp angel have been open about the fact they can’t value these shares without such a critical data point. As an aside you’d have to question how competent sp angel is anyway given their last target revision was 40% lower as they didn’t previously take account of any asset or equity dilution from the last funding round??!! Anyway, I digress…. Interest rates are 4-5% higher over the last 20 months. This would equate to 9-11m usd pa additional funding interest costs, materially pushing out the b/e date and dropping by 20% future free cash flows and net earnings attributable to shareholders.

You can quote me on this post ktf when I’m proven right on this point. More nuggets to follow over coming weeks but GL is basically no different to JP, that should be clear to anyone!!

Another week goes by and another SOU deadline missed. Another example of complete lack of transparency and honesty by mgt here, another week of massive cash burn and closer to another raise as there's no money in the bank from 1 Jan 2024 (read the recent RNS's ktf before you make a fool of yourself and deny this point). Missed banking loan long stop date, missed the CalVal funding date, pushed FID out yet further (only 3-4yrs later than JP originally said it would be due).

SP trading just off all time lows and 20-21m shares to be sold over coming days from convertible bond conversion (last RNS). New lows likely today, sub 0.75p and it opens up a quick move to 0.5p.

Long live SOU, long live ktf.....buy buy buy.....

This has been obvious for ages David. people have chosen not to listen to what GL has been saying and how he's said it. everytime, just like JP, he subtly changes his language and phrasing. i suspect we won't see Phase 1 first gas until Q1 2025, you can pull me up on that if i'm wrong.....

not sure if anyone was in RKH back in the day, but there were plenty like kfh involved there that would blindly just spout the same old meaningless poorly researched carp and constantly get it wrong. some funky stuff happened with that sp on a number of periods that confounded mkt expectations, leaving many investors completely run over for good.

the sp angel analyst update from today and the subsequent, but all too obvious, share price weakness today point to something very wrong here. the fact is at 0.81-0.90p, nearly all time lows, there is very little buying at all, and 22m CB shares to be sold over coming days. it matters not that sp angel have a 4.6p target, the fact that there remains heavy selling at 80% below that price is that the market doesn't trust or believe GL can deliver, and /or there's a lack of belief in the asset. regardless, there are plenty that have called this sp far better than ktf, how across their 3500 posts, just on SOU, has the unenviable accolade of being wrong on everyone. the sp has never been lower, and they have never not been bullish. go figure.....

It's less than none of your business. are you not able to get the vibe from my posts though? it's a weakness of yours, and KTF and anyone else asking me or anyone else if they're invested. facts and logical objective conclusions aren't made more or less valid if someone is or is not invested. you might want to convince yourself that it matters, but that's basically because I suspect you're lazy, unresearched and over invested here and just happy to bury your head in the sand. that's one investment approach, not normally a successful one, but just say it as it is. that's why this board reads like a cult following, any old chump can post 4 month old news and a copy of yesterdays trades, a they get morons ticking them up. someone points out issues, inconsitiencies, lies, bs and the usual AIM (esp in o&g) carp from the company and it has you lot scrambling around for any reason to ignore the blindly obvious, things you should be able to understand and see if you're over the age of 16 and a half educated investor. go figure.

you might be a tad more disappointed following the rns 5 mins ago. more cb related selling next week, taking the sp to 0.5p based on the last tranches. many of you are nothing but rude ignorant morons. you lap up this **** the companies piles on you, it's really quite funny amusing to behold. it's like doing to a kinky pay per hour lady and getting her to stamp on your balls for £200/hr. that would be cheaper mind! anyway, i'm off until next week, looks like they'll be some winners and some losers next week, starting monday 8am, i hazzard a guess as to which side you'll be on.

I called them Table, it was clearly the wrong number. it's a gambling helpline, they were very nice and we chatted about cricket & the rugby world cup, but it clearly isn't me who needs to be calling them.......light bulb moment for a few on here...
