Hi Table, i did not say it was going to 1.2p, i said IF GL delivers all he said it would settle at 1.2p within 2-3 days max of the news. I beleive I was the first to state that. On balance I remain sceptical, but if nothing else, its a little like watching a Rocky movie, quite entertaining at times, GL just got off the ropes and it's not entirely certain to me he's making the next round or landing a half decent punch, but its possible. Depends on how you see the risk, very personal.

KTF - your level of understanding in a share you claim to own all of what, 1m shares in, is a joke!?! 1m shares @ 0.8p per share, well done. your post earlier implies you think you'll get a number of consecutive RNSs as different parts of the deal are done. If you listened to GL previously, understood the company literature or listened to him last week you'd understand these parts are all related, without the GSA you won't get the Bank funding. Without the bank funding you won't get Calval. Without GSA and Bank Funding and really Calval (as they'd have no funds) you won't get the FID. So the first three will in most certainty happen together in 1 single RNS if it ever happens in any of our lifetimes. So on that RNS you expect the SP to get to 5p not 2p....good luck with that. I think next RNS 1.2p. I'm gonna be a lot closer, guaranteed.

if gl gets himself off the ropes and follows through with everything he said last week, then yes 1.2p. i did not suddenly say he would, nor the calval deal would be done, although i admit he certainly does. but those that have been here far longer than you will recall previous mgt were incredibly confident and bullish and it all turned out to be ****e, so i'd be careful about overly relying or expecting delivery.

can't really read much into what you post as none of it is substantiated in fact or objective basis at all, just lots of hot air and bs. good luck with your 6p. i can tell you i'll be a lot closer to reality than you if gl fully delivers as he said he would.

The SPA in house valuation of 4.6p a share, which is a lot more comprehensive than your completely unsubstantiated post this morning, has risked weightings built in, future cashflows and assumes TE4 is drilled and tied in as a producer. So you're saying that just on FID (after Calval, Bank funding and GSA sorted) the sp will be over their 4.6p?!? So no risk weighting for all the time and in-country risk between FID and fully flowing gas from Phase 1 and Phase 2 - which is the basis of the SPA valuation?!? Do you ever do any research or think about things before you post? On a new exploration drill in 2025/26 I suspect (despite GL implying it might just spud in 2024 - noway!!!) there might be 1-2p in addition, but if you know SOU and are honest, no way 5p in FID - people's 1-2p far closer

Honestly, what a cabal of cretins. i'm still here. nothing has changed. the sp has risen a huge 0.2p having fallen over 2-3p for 2-3yr highs here and 99% since 2017. a bit of perspective. he certainly came out swinging but landed few punches and dodged a load of detail (esp re LNG project) that no one here has raised or commented on of course. too busy coming up with incoherent bs conspiracy theories about why people post here (despite fact they call it right) and no objectivity or concrete research into their own investments! it's tragic. anyway, no fear i'm going no where. plenty material to come....

I don’t relish in any investor losing any money, despite what the likes of Ltd many think, I’m just here from an academic angle to see if I’ve called this company right in terms of SH value and whether it’s another in a long line of AIM retail investor graveyards. Guess time will tell, but perhaps not too much time imho.

I assume custard sales are roaring today, Soundboy, KTF and all the others with all the bs statements about news and RNSs before the presentation. Oh dear, think you’ve been found out again boys. No substance, no experience, nothing. You could get jobs at SOU thinking about it. What utter guff this company has become. No way all stakeholders want sound to prosper in my view, no way. There are strange things going on. Fascinating to hear later tonight which excuses and opaque bs GL uses on the presentation. A lot of hot air from a few posters, shown to be full of nothing more than just that, again.

Unfortunately in Sound’s case, the exec team in any company, along with the BoD, are the conduit for translating any company’s strategy into reality. If they do a good job then shareholders reap the rewards, if they don’t or can’t as it’s above their pay grade, then you get situations like this. How many years of delays, excuses, more delays and manyanas can there be? This exec team are fundamentally unable and incompetent. There’s no precedent for these kind of rolling bs delays I can think of. Ultimately all this could get resolved. A new mgt team and a 90% dilution of existing equity in order to get funds to develop or try to monetise the acreage. There’s a difference between SH value and company success and I’m expecting even GL can’t avoid making that clear on the call tomorrow. He’s in a corner with nowhere to go.

There are some winners here, some stakeholders that have and will do well. ONYHM, the bond holders one way or another I suspect, the exec team and BoD, and there are shareholders who have not done well and paid for everything. I hope and expect GL to be put through the wringer tomorrow for all the fluff and bs he’s put out in the last 3-4yrs. The tide’s gone out and that boy has been found to be butt naked. How it’s legal is beyond me.

KTF, you exhibit some narcissistic character traits. A complete and utter unwillingness to admit when you’re wrong, despite 3500+ openly available examples proving as such. Most people invest to make a return on their money, not fund AIM sub standard execs, or pour money into a country who clearly don’t want foreign investment or foreign investors to benefit. You might consider stepping back and doing less of what’s losing you money hand over fist and try something else, like researching and understanding the most basic of financial realities here. I’m pretty certain the sp isn’t going to open at 0.6p on Friday morning after another whining excuse of a presentation, a lack of details and answers and possibly a final nail in this rotten coffin of a company.
