Scarf - that's because barring a few unresearched chancers on this forum (whom I still think are more likely shorters of some kind, as no one can possibly post nearly 3700x and be wrong every time and still keep posting), no one is buying the RNS this morning, it shows nothing. The market has had it with bs from this company. They've rinced the market too many times and just time after time fail to deliver. SP says it all.

How long based on your calcs will it be until Phase 1 profits to SOU are sufficient to pay for exploration? Appreciate you don't like facts or reality, but look at the SPA detailed last valuation doc and you'll see - never is the answer. The company has no money. Like I've said countless times, GL doesn't care about exisiting SHs. You'll notice tonight it's all about 'the company' this and 'the company' that, not how he'll deliver for existing SHs. You'll at best get watered to oblivion here. Based on the new lower sp again today, despite your unresearched unfounded hopes re today's RNS. The SP is again lower not higher today, seems many investors see it the same way. Amazing how posting 6-7 garbage posts in less than 1.5hrs is acceptable if you're blindly bullish on this share, if you post a couple of well founded objective critical posts you're accused of spamming this forum. What a SOU love-in this place is.

I suppose there’s always a possibility someone just happened to press sell rather than buy……oh who am I kidding. It’s like a Monty Python sketch this corporate drama. There’s GL screaming from the window that GD has been a ‘very naughty boy’ whilst he’s paraded through the town, then in the background in the village square a bunch of shareholders crucified on crosses singing ‘always look on the bright side of life….’ That’ll be what’s written on the post it left of the desk as GL switches the lights off soon. Looks like SHs have been played yet again. RNS coming on further dilution soon plus a grovelling bag of excuses tomorrow night. Has anyone even bothered asking any questions. What the company needs is revenue and profit. After 14yrs or more I’d think people would have learnt.

You said something very similar last call ktf. reality was, same old excuses with some empty vague distant belief added in. tomorrow will almost certainly be no different. they can't have deliberately delayed material good news to coincide with a retail investor call, simple fact. therefore tomorrow will be another damp squib, the tenth in a row by my guess.

That's your view, but I'm glad you retracted your acusation. i think you'd be mad to had been invested in this univestable company for years. you just don't like the objective challenge as you've got nothing to push back with, that's the truth. this is an investment baord last time i checked, not a rah rah backslapping facebook page. i'm sure one of those exists somewhere and might better suit your needs. i'm not going anywhere and like i said, i'm definitely not net down on this stock, lols.

Reading this BB you can see why retail investors so often make terrible investment choices and lose out for far more sophisticated and experienced investors. it's a prime example of moronic confirmation bias where one moron posts something completely unsubstantiated and counter to all very widely accepted norms, and then loads pile in and agree giving everyone a warm cosy feeling. directors with zero personal skin in the game (i don't mean freebie shares gifted to them by watering down existing SHs (do you guys even understand that??) isn't skin in the game, I mean hand in the pocket I paid for those shares) is a MASSIVE RED FLAG for an investment. ultimately it's a sign they don't have sufficient confidence in the current sp offering good value or risk/reward to invest their own money, simple. and any moron you says or thinks that directors have been in a closed period for the last 7rs is beyond stupid. just ask them on the call next week, when where the last 3 non-closed periods they were under - you'll either be shocked by their answer or you won't get an answer guaranteed.

Have you forgotten about the content and tone of most of your last 3650!!!!!!! posts ktf - and you call others obsessed! OMG..... all of a sudden the sp is getting spanked again, GL continues to deliver less than zero SH actual value and your response is 'I'm only doing all this for laughs'. Great.

Ktf - i see you have nothing to actually say about the RNS, the company, the freebie shares or anything else relevant to the company. scratch under the surface and there's nothing there is there. i think it's you that looks for more odd for posting here. all you do is throw muck at anyone with an alternative (and for the last 7yrs) correct view of this company in the hope that one day you'll get an RNS that might all you to recoup 5% of the losses you've made. what a joke.

Ktf knows everything, is well researched and calls it right everytime. just look at the 3650 post history vs the direction of the sp. zero signs of any progress or near term news. it's most telling how the tone in this legal official RNS channel differs from the rah rah bs you hear from GL on the unregulated calls and webinars. Why are you shocked? It’s business as usual. Look at the section detailing freebie shares dolled out, 48m of them!!! Anyone that needs further convincing this lot are merely here to turn the wheel and rope* shareholders whilst delivering dick all is a loon!! Same old excuses, still talking about planning the feed revision, no detail about inter relation of various funding elements, gsa, feed etc. nothing. What a corporate bottomless pit of expense, failure and shareholder rope*.

KTF do you not think it’s highly likely CalVal and the funding back are ticking GL’s tummy just enough to prevent a negative RNS, but really this is being played by them both for a bloodbath? It’s utterly impossible and implausible now that something GL thought would take 45 days last summer has now probably extended over 10 months. How could he have misunderstood what was required so badly. If nothing else, that very misjudgement can never be washed away by him. This looks worse by the day imho.

GL's stupidity and quite frankly barefaced incompetence has opened up a new extended season free option on shorting or getting out of any SOU investment. When management confirm deaadlines slipping for 12-15 months best case and 6-9 months further delay on top of any already 8 months delay on funding, you know it's bad.

Ktf - even GL hints at it, the broker SPA clearly stated it (numbers and words) - Phase 1 is financially pointless, but it would be a good bellweather as to how easy or not it is to do business in Morocco. In that sense it does not bode at all well does it? Nearly 1.5yrs lates starting and now looking like 18 months or more delayed at the end.
