Lets do an informal poll and make our bets which angle CB will come in to ramp BZT now?

My bets are on his new baby, Caerus. Expect a talk with vox, Zak Mir, laden with lots of technical jargon and talked-up potential. Its easier and cheaper than to ramp up Hope or Kanye which will require actual work to be done, and we prefer to move sideways, not forwards- dont we Colin?

I feel like I have been playing a game of chess with him for the last year or so.

I have contacted the FCA and the LSE AIM about the delayed assays, whose delays are now self-explanatory.

I know how he works now.

He will be smarting from this, and will be looking for something to ramp.

He knows noone will buy into handheld assays from him again, so that is one move he cant make, at least not until investors are churned and new ones come in.

Does he go back into Hope or Kanye and start ramping from that angle? Or are those projects dead in the water and he will be talking up Caerus?

CB is like a parent who keeps on having kids and abandoning them. He will look after them for a few months then move on.
None of them come close to adulthood. Some are aborted and never leave the womb. The others are left in the car on a hot summers day.

So interesting how the mood of this BB has changed. My original post here has got 12 likes which wouldnt have been the case at the start of the year when the head-in-sand ramper types were the majority.

I suspect many of the newer posters got sucked in after the [allegedly] amazing handheld copper assays and are now looking at a loss. Meanwhile, the other rampers here have moved onto fresh pastures.

Please make a complaint to the FCA for them to investigate the delay. The more of us who do it, the more likely they will investigate.

Remember, noone knows the veracity of the handheld results, except the person who has the machine. They arent registered and ratified like a lab. Those amazing handheld results came out of the blow, noone was expecting them, and they caused the SP to double in 2 weeks.

The usual accuracy is +/- 5%

Im not making any specific accusations but i think you cans see what has happened here.

Now that we have the results, I am lodging a second complaint with the FCA for them to investigate how long these results have been available. This is a tiny sample size, even by AIM miner standards. At the very most you would expect 6-8 weeks. Not 5 months.

I recommend others to lodge a complaint too for this to be looked at

How close are we to a JORC on any of them? How far have we moved up the exploration ladder? UFO started drilling in Feb this year and will likely have 2 JORCs by end of this year.

Coincidence after not hearing anything about the assays for months, they are 'suddenly' released a few days after I contact the FCA? Surely even the likes of Moonglow and MrT will not believe that.

Well, for those who think the FCA dont do anything. I wont divulge their response to me but lets just say they acted accordingly.

Either Colin Bird withdraws this RNS claiming alleged great handheld assays or he provides the market with the lab analysis

Simple

If a drug company makes a claim that they have done research that proves a curative pill for COVID, the SP rockets, yet they can never prove that claimed research outside of their own labs- they will be hit with the mother of all fines.

This is the equivalent of what Colin has done with those assays. Its amazing that this supposed investors group on here have not been able to get any sort of answer from him about this- it should be a straightforward answer.

Just to give you an idea- these were 2 small samples in April, not some exhaustive mining programme. I own stock in another company who sent around 100 samples to the lab in June (also in Africa) and their results were back in mid August.

Not only is the delay unprecedented, but so is the continued stonewall silence regarding them.

The more people who log a complaint to the regulators- the more likely they will accelerate their investigation

I invite anyone to have a look back at January's threads where I said that Mankayan wouldnt happen (due to silence from CB) and MrT disputed this. I invite you to look back at January's thread and see when I said that Hope assays would not rock the market, MrT disputed this. Its all there in black and white.

CB is an expert in dangling golden carrots.

Really, if Mankayan was such a great deal, the previous partners would have bothered developing it and they wouldnt be given it away for peanuts.

It is a steaming turd that has been sold to us as premium Mayan chocolate.

1) Said that Hope results would be underwhelming and the market wouldnt react positively to it...was told I was wrong....I was right (NB those who said I was wrong were all hiding in shame when the assay RNS came out)

2) Said that Mankayan deal was not going to happen...was told I was wrong...I was right

3) Said that Kanye would be sat on and the talk of it being drill-ready was nonsense....was told I was wrong...I was right

4) Said that it was highly 'suspicious' that these stellar handheld assays at Malengwa came 'out of the blue'....to this date they have not been confirmed by a lab

5) Said that CB would escape the UAE heat and relax over summer with little advancement in BZT or any of his other companies...was told I was wrong...I was right.

6) Said that if Mankayan was as great as CB says it is, it would have been sold a long time ago...was told I was wrong...behold todays RNS and SP rapidly hurtling towards 0.1. The truth is, Mankayan is a turd.

On a positive note, seems like the MrT and Moonglows of the BB are being outnumbered by more discerning PIs now which is positive. We need people who will critique and pressurise CB. Not fawning, painfully-naive sycophants.

I have just reported the 23rd April assay results to the appropriate investigative division of the FCA, which was a pain to find. Either they confirm the assays or they withdraw the RNS.

Some good points made here. Yes Arian seemed to be a black hole that didnt go anywhere but just furnished directors lifestyles supported by naive PIs who had a carrot dangled in front of them...Sounds familiar?

BZT started drilling Hope in...August 20?

UFO started maiden drilling in Jan 21, there is a maiden resource likely to be announced in next week or two, and a second similarly sized resource announced in 3 or 4 months. So over 1 year they would have produced 2 JORCs.

What has been achieved since BZT started drilling Hope 13 months ago? How close are we to a JORC?

What has been achieved since BZT bought Kanye (from another CB company may I note)? It supposedly contained drill ready sites.

What has been achieved since the handheld assays at Malengwa were released? How close are we to a JORC?

You know BZT holds a site called Eureka in Argentina. It was also ramped up about what a great site it was, nothing was ever did on it to the extent that most PIs have no idea we still hold it. Then CB took over the helms and bought Hope and Eureka faded into oblivion. Now Hope has faded into oblivion and....

Im glad to see people are waking up, i have been warning people for a while on here but there was a collective head in sand.

A guy posted on the advfn some while back, he is familiar with CB companies for many years and said they only move 'sideways, never forwards'. This is highly unusual for such a small, cash-poor company to keep on picking up new projects without advancing the current portfolio.

But its okay, as sure as the sun will set, the BOD will be collecting their salaries. Circa 50k for CB?

I predicted that there would be la dearth of news from CB companies during the hot UAE summer as he would be in some luxury bolt hole somewhere and I was 100% correct.

As predicted at the start of the year- the rich leave UAE due to the extreme heat there and there would be a lack of progress in all CB companies. All around half of their 2021 peak in SP. Only XTR is really making any signficant RNS with CB trying to shore up the declining SP with overtures like buying some shares- which other have pointed out- he hasnt really done with BZT so has little skin in the game.

Also, does anyone recall when we bought Metrock ( company which both CB and our Finance Director were linked to) from another company which CB was also a director of, has someone found any link between Colin Bird, the directors of any of his companies and this Cypriot company?

Its amazing that we got such a bargain deal with Metrock and there were no conflicts of interests! I wonder if we have been so lucky again with Caerus. Maybe they will also have drill-ready sites that we wont have drilled half a year after?
