Dont compare their excellent CEO to Colin Bird.

He is dedicated to one company, gives regular updates, isnt almost 80, and doesnt spend his summers in Europe allowing radio silence on his company.

Neither does he gives promising results that end up being damp squibs

And he has a positive record on SP since he took over- something which Colin hasnt mastered

Has been used by everyone as an excuse for everything.

Remember when COVID rates were very low in Europe this summer- CB was somewhere in the Med holidaying and there was tumbleweed across his companies for pretty much the whole summer (something I had predicted way back in March).

The little blurb about 'freedom day' and the continued threat of COVID made me laugh. A mining company now given their 2 cents worth on COVID.

The truth is- there is not enough money to do what they CLAIM they will do (as I said last week). He knew that another placing would not be tolerated so has chosen this loan instead.

I suspect much of the money will go towards Cyrpus which may not actually be a bad ploy if it gets us towards making money...finally.

But it is Colin Birdilution we are talking about, so plenty of scope for failure

He came out suddenly with some stonking results earlier this year which I immediately called out as being suspiciously good- the subsequent lab assays were laughable. And I had reported BZT/CB to the FCA and they got released very shortly after a prolonged hiatus.

I was right that the placing wouldnt be enough for the supposed drilling/trenching programme.

However, Id prefer this loan to further classic Colin Birdilution

COVID is just an excuse for him to hide behind, COVID was low in summer and he went into hibernation in Europe.

I think this loan will be drawn to fund further development in Cyprus, which I think is the most realistic hope for this company. I have very very little faith in Mankayan and Africa.

Anyway- what would I know?- its not like I have been repeatedly correct with my predictions (for anyone who doubts this- have a look at my history vs MrTriumph)

What did i say? The sums simply do do not add up. The money raised on the last placing plus what we already had- was never going to be enough. I have been proven right- yet again.

CB is hiding behind COVID and the little paragraph about 'freedom day', vaccinations etc made me laugh at loud at work.

Looking back in previous LSE posts it is clear you arent the only one who has been burned by CB in the past. Same accusations for several tears- overpromising and underdelivering + slow pace of advancement in project. I posted recently comparing BZT with UFO- the latter started its drilling 4 months *AFTER* we started Hope, and they are now on their Phase 3 drilling which may give them a 2nd inferred resource. In fact, they may be finished Phase 3 before we even start our Phase 2. And would you expect any more from an elderly man who has his fingers in every pie on AIM and who spent the summer holidaying in Europe with very little news across all of his companies?

Other companies have CEOs at least 20 years younger and they are at the helm of ONE company.

BZT, XTR and GLL are ALL significantly down from when CB took them over, despite booming commodity prices. That is a red flag.

Yes you can make money- this stock has consistently been targeted by ramping gangs so you can surf that wave when it comes- but be very careful when you get in the water and dont stick around too much.

Many delusional posters on this BB- well it has hard to know really- are they really delusional or are they just very smart traders playing the game? The more time goes on- im inclined to believe surely noone is THAT gullible, and im thinking we are all being played here by the ramping gang- so i give them a round of applause.

Some months back I emailed another CEO about my concerns about the declining SP of his company. He surprisingly arranged to call me and pretty much said what we all know- that the price is manipulated by coordinated action from various parties so when I bought in, at the peak of such action, the mcap was higher than it should have been.

Be careful, surf the wave, and watch out for the sharks and sharp rocks.

Surely we would need to start very soon to be done before Xmas? Otherwise it would mean a break over Xmas which is logistically probably not very feasible.

I admit I dont have time to watch the whole thing but it seems almost too good to be true. Ive grown to be suspicious of anything Colin says. Did he mention Hope/Africa at all?

If it really this so good- id be happy to ditch those projects in Africa and focus on an actual money making project (dont be surprised if this happens if you know CB). I have very little faith in Africa (and neither does Colin in reality)

So in theory could have Mankayan, Hope drilling and Cyrpus assays in next few weeks. No wonder the rampers are back like rats.

Either way- id advise anyone with time to look at the traditional costs involved with what is in the programme- it doesnt take Einstein to figure out that this money is wholly inadequate to do what Colin Bird claims he will be doing.

Plus running costs of the company including Colin Bird extracting his pound of flesh salary for whatever amount of days work he does per year for BZT.

Many people here are just gullible and dont think beyond what they are being fed by Colin Bird but I dont think this small amount could possibly fulfil all this.

My prediction- most of the money will be directed towards this Cyrpus wild card and Colin Bird will do is normal snail pace development on the others due to lack of money and lack of time (remember- he is a 77 year old man, who lives in UAE, who is CEO of 4 AIM companies and Chairman of another much larger AIM company).

Btw, we were told drilling in November. We are now half way through and no news.

Btw- for anyone reading- dont take my word for it- have a look through MrTs posting history and you can see the consistent history of failed predictions on BZT whereas I have been on point each time.
