Yes i know enough about XRF to know that it is not normal to have results that are like 70% off. And multiple results. We arenot just talking one.

If you know a little bit about stats and SDs, you will understand that this is simply not feasible.

And alarm bells ringing in the fact that they seem to have been delibaretly delayed. It did not take them 4 months to get the lab results.

Seems that XTR is the only one doing well, and even that is still down from when CB took over the company. The trio of XTR, BZT and Galileo are about half of 2021 highs.

Im just saying...be careful and act with open eyes. The facts/stats dont lie.

Taken a hammering on BZT and a few other miners who seem more interested in a lifestyle company as opposed to a a money-making company. Doesnt help that Craig Brown has the same initials as Colin Bird.

I took a very small punt- £2k worth of shares at 1.8 so im about evens now.

I really dont see why they are the only AIM junior I know in OZ who have their own drill- and now have 2.

I dont see why they have made 3 propertly/land purchases- again, I cant think of any other similar company

And now they hire some 81 yo as an adviser

Is this a case of just them being so overfunded after the last placing (they were the most cash rich junior I know- relative to their mcap) so they dont know how to budget- and have eyes bigger than their appetite.

I followed ECR a while last year and i recall some loose talk about a possible takeover that caused the SP to rise but never happened?

I was looking to take a 'big' stake before Xmas but these current spendings raise too many flags.

I have to say, after my experiences with BZT, im a bit worried how this company is going. I took a small punt at 1.8 and was looking to pump in some more, but the way they are spending alarms me.

Im not sure what this old man has to offer. I wonder if he is the friend/relative of one of BOD.

Quite a few of my friends are directors of companies and they admit that many Non-executive directors, advisers and the such- are employed via 'jobs for the boys' eg a NED post that pays 30k a year for a few days work a year. You get on several boards and you can see what im getting at....

There are people on here who cant see the writing on the wall.

MrT is upset because everything i have every predicted here has been right, and for him, he has always been wrong.

I wouldnt recommend anyone to invest here, however, CB normally starts ramping when the SP plummets and investors have him on the rack. So he could suddenly start coming out with a lot of news to try and make some recovery- however, i think it will be less successful this time when you consider how he has utterly failed in everything since taken over- the XRF fiasco being maybe the last nail in his coffin.

Its one of those things- depends on how many people he can convince and from what angle- noone will trust him on anything less than lab assays again which cuts off a lot of ramping avenues from him. So it will be sth else. I suspect Caerus will be his next ramp and he will dangle the carrot of cash generation.

A friend I hadn't seen for a while messaged me the other day, from Cyprus. Her Dad was an executive in Kuwait before quitting and setting up a company in Cyprus. Cyprus chosen because of tax breaks and it was a useful base between UAE and UK. A few hours from each.

Colin Bird is 77. He spent the summer holidaying (according to his beloved fanclub at the BAG) in the Med.

Things to look out for with this new Caerus deal

1) Look out for involvement of Colin's other companies- either direct or indirect

2) Look to see if there will be any property purchases, or Colin spending unusual amounts of time in Cyprus. Maybe he has a property there.

I have been right on everything so far, so lets see if this is a lifestyle/convenience transaction and/or a gain from his other companies. Wouldnt it be nice to find some 'business' in a place you vacate in. A lot of my friends were Ltd company contractors and would always try and find 'business' when they travelled somewhere- expense-wise it makes sense. Especially look out for any fees or monies paid for from BZT to Jubilee.

I have a 100% success rates in predicting Colin Bird and BZT, so lets see if im right again.

Cyprus is as much as a surprise as Kanya or the 'incredible' handheld assay results that turned out to be a a pile of nonsense so you should all be immediately suspicious at any Colin Bird curveballs.

MrT thinks a lab result that is a fraction of the handheld and shows poor grade copper %, plus the true value of Mankayan, are 'neutral' RNS.

I used to be convinced he was a BZT/CB plant, such were his delusions and his ability to see sh** as Swiss chocolate- which would have actually been a better explanation, unfortunately- he isnt even that.

He wants to see what you post so he can counter-ramp to try and improve the image of this sinking ship that he has clearly bet a lot on. If he filters you, then he cant counter you.

The 77 yo man dissappears for summer (i heard Portugal and Cyprus) as I predicted several months ago (I am familiar with the UAE summer exodus). His 3 main AIM companies suffer an almost no-news for the summer.

You talk about experience and well connected? Have you ever looked at the SP of his 3 companies when he took over and compared them with now? XTR- has halves, Galileo more than halved, we were 0.4 when CB took over, now 0.15.

He is sailing off the wind of that killer deal he made in 2010. Objectively (as opposed to a subjective matter of opinion) his companies have all gone significantly since CB has took over.

If he was a train diver, you would not want to get onto his train, as its a train wreck.

And after months of delay- one email to FCA and a few days after the woeful true results come back.

I have lodged another complaint with the FCA about this and have specifically asked them to look into buying patterns and who profited from the doubling of the SP from this, essentially, wrong RNS.

Galileo and Bzt give him a tidy salary yet its hard to see where they are going. Well Gallileo makes a little progress, BZT none.

BZT just raised new money, dilutes shareholder value, starts a project and then a new one, no actual progression in any.

But at least someone makes a salary out of it, isnt that true Colin?

We had this amazing handheld results for a copper mine in Zambia back in April that were supposed to be followed up by lab results in May. The SP doubled on the back of the initial news. September- still no news of the lab assays which were a small sample set taken from just 2 holes. Eventually, last week, I had enough and contacted the FCA to investigate, within a few days of the FCA responding to me- we got the lab assays which were sth like 70% less than the handheld, which is way out of the usual range of accuracy for those machines (normall +/- 5%).

I did say when this Cyprus nonsense came out, there MUST be a Colin Bird angle somewhere. Why Cyprus? WHat happened to our other projects Ofc he is CEO of Jubilee which earned him almost £200k last year in salary alone.

Lets see if BZT has to pay Jubilee any consultancy fees or vice versa.

Dont be upset because I have been proven right, yet again. The real assays were considerably worse than what CB ramped up in April- which i did point out at the time- was fishier than a whales stomach.

I dont think I can ever recall a stock where I have consistently called it correctly, time after time. Unfortunately, not in a good way.

This is nowhere near that. As I said, noone apart from the guy holding the handheld, can really know. Unlike in a lab, where it is licensed and registered and has fail safes.

Because they are sitting on losses, or trying to get a profit as they have exposed themselves too much to BZT.

They are annoyed that other would-be PIs will come on here and read your comments. Thats why they want you to 'leave'.
