One thing about Baron is he rings up CEO's of companies he's interested in investing in /or meets them in person for a one on one. A veteran of AIM and well respected on social media. Doesn't throw his money around on just any company, but mostly revenue generating. Junior is less, but still does a few investments. Can't believe the dissent/ insults towards someone with a great track record of investing. Guess he'll be buying XTR in the morning ( any CB company maybe not)??
BaronInvestments just tweeted he's bought another 2m shares of Arcm, that's 4m now. Some shrewd people topping up on the down days? Guess they don't spend their time listening to Troll's?
As the above message goes, so does life. There's 4 idiots on this bb, that claimed various scenarios about the JV. None were correct, but it didn't stop the deramping? How must they look now that the JV has been approved and announced? D''' heads is most appropriate word to use. Never argue with an idiot, save your time and energy on more productive things in life. End of.
100% correct FK79. It's the cadestre that is holding back the JV, not even God could get between the deal that's been negiotated. Just bad karma that it's taken so long to sign all the necessary documents and small print.
Juniors with licenses in Africa should do well, if they have decent deposits. Inward investment from China has heralded a new era of exploration in Africa. Any junior with decent licenses should get similar offers to Arcm for JV /earn in/ buyout of licences. It's inevitable after the surge in activity for Battery metals. Doesn't really matter which metal, as they will all be needed for EV's and renewable energy. Arcm should increase it's JV license area with AAL application for further areas to the current deal. I expect a lot of deals with juniors in Africa, as holding the licenses gives them the advantage over the Majors. Just China alone could buy up most decent licenses, along with other Majors scrambling to play catch up. AAL are going nowhere but signing on the dotted line with this JV. Recent cooperation between DRC and Zambia Gov, puts the perspective on gradual change for foreign companies. It's so obvious that Africa and not South America is the " new hot go to area" for all battery metals. Africa can learn from DRC and Zambia, on how to lure money into the country and create long term jobs for the locals. Deal pending (God doesn't scupper the deal)!!!
Looks like people realising why AAL are back in their own stomping ground, and after the very same licenses they vacated over 20 years ago. Tier1 talk is just talk until the drill bit tells you the truth. The fact that they are willing to add some areas, surrounding the very licenses they are in a JV with tells you something new!! They must be the real experts of the Domes region of Zambia and surrounding areas. Tier1 is $1bn+, but at least they know better than the Troll on here. XTR needs a $1bn capex for 0.22% cueq, but AAL won't be interested. In fact no one will be interested, unless the deposit is given away for free!!! AAL owned the asset in Australia and gifted it to XTR, with a buyback clause, that will never be triggered. Yet AAL still want/ waiting to sign on the dotted line with Arcm in a JV. Go figure Troll!! Your wonderful research is BS, and you said "your here to save people from losing their money". Think most regulars know your game of deception /misleading /inaccurate /twisting others opinions / all round BS. But just one more thing (Columbo style), Arcm to 1.6p you quoted, more like XTR already there!! Go figure Troll. ATB everyone.
Given the bod have been silent, it's a good thing to issue a rns on the JV. With a clear timetable of 3 weeks today. I never thought it would conclude during the current extension. The Cadastre office must be inundated with license renewals /applications. Moving to a digital database system will have taken time to implement. Plus the corruption of the Mining sector to deal with, and gov employees who officiated in the systematic corruption. Looks nailed on, and they are waiting on the cadestre to update all license renewals. Plus incorporate the new license areas that AAL have applied for, into the new JV licenses.
That's some cv from the two guys brought in to forward Casa mining. Better than most of AIM directors 99% +.
Arcm reiterating same agreed terms of the JV with AAL. No shenanigans by either party to get better terms than had already been negiotated. Just a matter of time before the deal is signed. Botswana interesting to see what the initial drill campaign produced via assays?
I posted a while back that once the JV is signed, there won't be any need for Arcm to be in Zambia employee wise. Botswana is where they should focus their efforts, and concentrate on finding a discovery of some sort. Any further license granted may be added to the current licences if adjacent makes sense. Still we await for the deal??
I ask myself that very same question Digger? Either AAL are going to drill the licenses and find copper? Or part of the license (Cheyeza East) will be separated and mined by Arcm? ($10m capex costs) If so, Arcm free cash flow would be $20m + per year? So what would we need AAL for, we could drill the licenses ourselves and keep more % of the licenses?? Somehow I believe we're going to let AAL drill the licenses and thats it. Could be wrong but wtfdik?
EST, East Star resources just released some assays from their licence. Not exactly a dud, but nothing really stands out in the rns. Grades at Cheyeza East are what attracted AAL to the JV, from surface 1%+ copper oxides to 150m. It's really a numbers game and Grades are the first and most important part of the numbers game. Easy to get carried away like on XTR bb, but eventually fundamentals win every time on AIM.
Khoemacau is up for sale. A great producing mine, with increased capacity to 150k tonnes per year in coming years. Would be suitable to a Major for expansion and increase reserves of copper and silver. If you have a economical deposit within their demographics? Then a sale is possible, hence the amount of drilling by juniors in Botswana Kalahari copper belt. Low capex, low cost and profitable! Compare that to XTR numbers, and you can understand why XTR will never attract a bid? Let alone a deal of any kind. Its grades / economic / tonnage/ capex/aisc/ life of mine /npv/ strip ratio/opex/etc etc etc. Mining is fraught with hurdles and is one of the most difficult businesses to make money from. Hence only the best deposits become producing mines. Cheyeza East has average grades of 1%+ from surface, and the licenses have barely been scratched. AAL can do as much scratching after the JV is signed.
We're not like the XTR bb. We don't dream of a Major/Midcap buying 500m tonnes of 0.22% cueq for $7-800m. We tend to keep it real, and not Colin Bird rampish bullish attempt at promoting his number of AIM companies. If you look at Colin Birds history, it's far from crystal clear as some would have you believe. He tried to undermine Arcm via a ex director of the company, but failed miserably just like the fact that Arcm beat him to the Botswana asset which is assay awaiting. In fact we kinda don't have anything good to say about him. End of.
The Cuckoo was so adamant that Colin Bird was "word of God" in the junior mining space. And would reap shareholders massive returns on their investment in XTR. When I mentioned to dual holders last spring to sell XTR at 6p and invest in Arcm? Now XTR is 1.7p - 1.8p, smearing us with her "Wonderful Research". Didn't believe anything she said previously, now or in the future. If people had listened to my advice, they would have been better off in terms of protecting their capital. Now she insults AAL shareholders, by dishing out advice to them? They must be wondering where /what/who the hell has come out of the blue to teach them the "Art of Investing"? At least she sold out of XTR before it collapsed, didn't tell the regulars on the bb tho. Sly, Deceitful, spreads lies, never admit she's wrong, makes up she's been busy writing to the Nomad /Broker. Gives advice out here like Mcdonalds giving out French fries!! Said many untrue things about Arcm, and was found out by the regulars on here. By the way Nicetomichu, being your a lth in XTR, we talking about Ella10. Notice similarities on the XTR bb? No, just here on Arcm. Yeah, she loves trying to stir it up here. Didn't get very far tho. I welcome you on your investment /trade in Arcm. Hope it works out for you. XTR, fell off a cliff after lower tonnage and grades reported. Wasn't surprised after looking at the rns's. Will be difficult to get a deal done, too much capex and little IRR.
Doesn't matter what newsflow comes first /second etc, as long as it comes. The Botswana assays we were told have visible sulphide mineralisation? If I recall, that's some statement there! With shallow Reverse Circulation drilling up to 150m, it seems like we've got some favourable news to come there. Either way, we've all been waiting for the news. I seem to recall I said the JV would be announced last year, at some big meeting. Still think this is being coordinated with AAL, Zambia Gov to promote the country for foreign investment. So some time during the Indaba Conference seems appropriate. Then wtfdik!
It's just confusing and contradicting at times with the newsflow? A JV would require a effort to drill licenses in Zambia. How do you mine an area whilst drilling the same area? Namibia would need a certain amount of money, which isn't forthcoming? Botswana is early days and would need more money to fully drill out? A lot of money will be needed for future campaigns? If Cheyeza East is the source of the funding via mining? Then we ain't got a problem in future funding issues? I won't be holding my breath, but comms is really poor. 1-1 Ars v Utd is a fair result.
Doesn't make sense to me? The bod need to clarify the business plan for the future? Are we explorers, and sell economic viable assets / or are we JV into mining? Communication has been poor lately and leaves shareholders with more questions than answers? Namibia mentioned, yet we have Botswana to work on, and maybe a further license in Zambia?? Can't work out what /where we are going direction wise??
KOD rns this morning, 51% of lithium project for full funding of the mine. Not a bad deal at all, Big money is moving into Juniors to get critical battery metals. These were the Chinese investing in Kod. Nobody interested in XTR though, surprise surprise Troll . Wonderful Research = Trolling a bb for 18 months. Lmfao.
Once the licenses are rearranged by the Cadastre office, its sign the JV deal. One employee to liason with AAL drilling /exploration team in Zambia. Then let the best Geologist of the Domes region find the missing 25m tonnes of copper from his scandium copper model (David Wood). Arcm can concentrate on Botswana and what may be on the licenses? Casa sale over the line eventually. Zambia licenses have a few interesting targets, Cheyeza, Fwiji, Muswema, Lumbeta, Nyambwezu. David Wood can find whatever AAL think is on these targets, the more the better for Arcm. Its been a long and frustrating time to this point, but now Zambia is attracting so much foreign investment. The deal will be good for the country as the place to do business for Majors. Majors are queuing up to apply for new licences in Zambia, rather than buy a POS that XTR think is worth $7-800m+? Go figure!!
