Seis, if you look at the map of Botswana, you see AFP have their areas near Tier3 deposits. We are closer to the operating mine there. I seem to recall me mentioning it during the time we acquired the licenses. As there was a lot of skepticism at the time, and I was trying to reassure people it was a good deal. After rethinking about the rns yesterday, I've come to a conclusion on the whole matter. Firstly, no one knew MM was a bad egg, but no licences without him in the first place. Secondly, he was happy to create as much hassle /havoc as possible as he didn't care about anyone else. Thirdly he will own the old Zamsort licence area of 8km sq, and the Kalaba plant, which no one is happy about. Now that the legal cases have been resolved, we still own 792km sq of licences, that's 99% of the area. And guess what? MM owns 1% let that sink in for a hour or longer. So now that the cases have been resolved, we don't need a scoping study? Unless we intend to mine oxides from Cheyeza East? Somehow I think we'll drill and prove up. So that's where the company is at present, plus we have a major or two in discussion about a JV. I don't think NvS did this deal without the major telling him to get it resolved? Anyway no one picked up on the fact that the other court cases for misrepresentation and fraud were not mentioned in the rns. They were brought by the Zambian authorities and could be still ongoing? The 8km sq area will be difficult to mine, especially when there's no space to store the waste ore. 4km by 2km doesn't strike me as big enough to extract ore at 1000t per day? As for raising money to drill? Depends on what sort of deal is negotiated? Can't say until a deal is done. But we managed to keep 99% of our license area and we can start a drill campaign in July onwards. Casa will get over the line just, $750k on conclusion of deal and further $750k after 90 days. Apr, yes agree that the Kalaba plant and surrounding area is now part of the pay off to remove the legal cases. Feel that MM played the **** in causing as much trouble when AA were in EA. He knew that no deal would conclude when legal cases were hanging over the company. Guess its a small price to pay for a JV with a major. Probably the reason there was no follow up on the scoping study, which I'm presuming will not be issued. Unless the company make an application for a plant on Cheyeza?

FK79, believe the 8km surrounding area in the rns, suggest that the Kalaba plant and surrounding area will be exchanged for dropping the legal cases. That's my take on it, Zamsort had been reduced to a smaller area of the license. And Handa and Afrimin were the new licences. Handa = old Zamsort. Afrimin =old Zaco.

Apr, that's the thing people forget about the scoping study, that you've posted about the Cobalt element of extraction. This is why the study is taking longer than expected. Suspect that when it's rns'd, a big confidence boost to the future campaign of mining and drilling. Quality research there mate, appreciate the work put in to help people make investment choices. XTR will need $5lb copper just to break even, that's why it's a tradeable share, and not a long term investment. Suspect when people discover the economics of XTR, they will realise that they were sold a dream.

I never understood the way certain companies have a 'Occult' like following. We've got oxides near surface at 1-1.5% and yet, were considered a bad investment by certain individuals who have frequented this bb? Yet XTR has 0.4cueq and is lauded as potential 2m tonnes of cueq? With some people quoting $7-800m sale of said assets? It just seems to be too true to be true, as the saying goes? And some small gold mine in Africa that barely breaks even, but is worth millions, even tho no one wants to buy it/ or can get rid of? Guess networking with the right people /investors is paramount in finding hidden gems on AIM. What would 3 times the oxide grades on Cheyeza East be worth if 0.40% cueq is so valuable? Wait until the Capex for XTR is revealed, that's when the deluded Troll will be humbled by Colin Bird. A turd that couldn't flog a gold mine, has been polished by drilling and finding inferior grades. Arcm have the added luxury of being surrounded by majors with operating mines nearby. Sentinel is just 40km away, so no high capex needed to do a deal with a major. The Kalaba plant demonstrated it can produce copper concentrate, via a small scale trial. If it can produce copper from the oxides that is on the license, then it shouldn't be a problem going forward. However listening to others opinions is a valid point. We have 1-1.5% which is considerably better than the average of 0.5%. But other Juniors have 0.4% cueq and there's no issues with their oxides. Yet there seems to be a issue with Arcm? A lot of muck being thrown at the company by certain individuals. Remember previous drilling campaigns have produced 1% - 1.5% on Cheyeza East over certain intervals. That's as good as most Juniors have on their prospective licences, and we've over 800km sq to locate anomalies. It's a hell of a rescource area, and honing in on those targets is key to unlocking shareholders value. Once court cases are done and Casa is over the line, sentiment will return. Kalaba, scoping study is the next to do things. Then we'll have a look at finding out what's really on the licenses, with a major on board?

I agree that the scoping study delay is overdue? One can hazard a guess to why the long delay, and I came back with only one possible outcome. The oxide ore is being processed at pure 100% copper. That copper is being shaped to make two extra prison cells, for the eventual sentences of two former employees of Arcm. It's been reported that majors need to increase spending by $100bn, just to get up to speed with current EV metals demand. Going forward, investment likely near a $1tn figure . Those are big numbers and there's some big majors around the world. The super commodity cycle will be decades, as we try and move to low carbon economy. 1bn cars average on the road, 15kg of copper, EV's 65 - 75kg needed. So 50kg more for Copper and you still have Lithium, Graphite, Cobalt and Nickel as well. So crazy numbers needed, and suspect all majors will be investing in all them commodities.
