I've done some hgv work(agency) for Hermes in Rugby. Theres 6companies vying for market share of the online delivery service business. DPD, HERMES, AMAZON, YODEL, UK MAIL(DHL subsidiary) and Royal Mail. Hermes does 1.1m parcels per day, which increases to 1.4m in the run up to Xmas. They order more than 250 extra trailers just to cover the Xmas period in Rugby. They also have a sortation hub in Warrington (M62). Rugby covers the South, and Warrington the North. All these businesses rely on volume to make money
If you are a lady? Then you should keep your promises and 3 more trading days left before St. Valentine weekend. Where will the sp be cometh Friday afternoon? Remember now, next Wednesday is BC court case 16th. Can you please confirm what the verdicts will be for Mr Chisala? And whilst your at it, the location of MM? As he'll need to be at his court case, unless skipping the country? So easy to sit behind a keyboard, and throw conjecture at the bb. Expecting another delay of court case /with a lame excuse again. Back to the Coors, ATB everyone.
The placing on 19th Feb 2019 was done with warrants that expire in 2 weeks time. The placing was done with 2 family office that are close to Remy! Make of that what you want? Court case in Feb? Warrants expire 19th Feb? Copper price correlation? Etc etc? Maybe just a pump and dump? Back to the Coors! Coors the drink for Investors!
Sorry my bad, meant to say 5m tonnes of copper, not 0.5bn. That would be practically giving it away. ATB everyone apart from the Troll.
So production all year, and drilling in the summer is correct assumption of operations? Hence drilling in 2Q. Thanks for the replies, ATB everyone. Looks like double digits and more if farm out completes?
AA gave away the XTR licenses because they wanted potentially Tier1 deposits around the world. All Majors want these types of deposits, something most mining investors already know. The race to JV /buy assets /licences is hotting up. Note Sentinel Mine was sold very cheaply, compared to the underlying asset. Fulmar is correct in that assumption, and I agree. $250m for a 0.5bn tonnes copper rescource is seriously undersold. A junior is valued at 3% of the rescource proven up. 0.5bn tonnes of copper at $6000 is $30bn at the time. That's $900m valuation, yet CB sold for a measly $250m. And is considered a legend by some? Some even invest only in companies he's involved in. But hey ho, he does bring experience with him. Anyway, were here to make investments and learn from each other. ATB everyone. Weekend and time for a few Coors for me!
One question for anyone here, does the weather in Mongolia prevent all round year production and maintenance? Serious question, would appreciate a honest response please?
XTR, 70m tonnes grading 0.40%… that's 280k tonnes of copper at deep level. Any further mineralisation will be required to get AA involved? Hence they let a junior take it up,with a CEO who can sell cheap as its not Tier2.
The reason that the Troll is here is so obvious after falling into my trap. AA have a buyback option on XTR license in Australia. The Troll would like them to activate the buyback of the licenses. Not do a JV with Arcm for their licenses. The Troll reacted with such venom when I called out XTR! Now we know why the constant deramping of Arcm, to the desperate attempts of hoping the company doesn't attract AA as a partner. If AA do a JV with Arcm, they might not want to do a deal with XTR! That's why the Troll is a Troll, and should be 'FILTERED' as some of us have done.
One can only guess to why the sp went up? Rackla deal imminent? Feb 16th BC Court case? Out of court settlement with MM? JV deal imminent? Price of copper movement correlation with sp? The sp too low when Majors are buying adjacent licences? The Geology indicates possible numerous mineralisation targets? Or other factors /possibilities? Traders buying for one of the above? Much prefer a rns of some sorts. At least we didn't publish a rns like the last two of XTR! Shocking results, dig so deep for peanuts 0.30% CU eq. Don't know about the legal documents to be handed in?
RIO are back on track to produce from Mongolia, after a compromise with the Gov. This will be the 4th largest copper production mine when online in 2026.Deals happening all over the world, as Majors scramble for the best mineral projects. MA is hotting up, Mongolia doing the business this time. Who would have thought that a decade ago? Africa has its problems, but mining is bread and butter in some countries.
I thought when the court case against MM was when his supporters would appear here? Apologies for the early arrival of his support team here. Remember he needs to be at the court to defend himself, not absent without a reasonable excuse! Still no supporters for BC, maybe he's the 'Fall Guy' for the impending court case. Impersonation and Fraud with evidence of the money trail, is difficult to disprove. Guess MM is only worrying about himself, not his co padre who is soon going to learn the 'Don't drop the soap' game. If both found guilty, and I'm afraid that's more than likely? Then Zamex v Zamsort will be a non goer and case dismissed. Too many chancers try grabbing licenses from Juniors via license renewal. The fact that they don't succeed tells you everything. Even GLR, had this same problem and managed to keep their licences intact. So just unnecessary aggravation, but thats Africa for you. See the Troll is still not answering any questions from people invested here, but tries to bring negativity to the bb. Roll on the court cases, and as for Casa? If not by the end of the month, no problem, give them as long as is required. The deal looks close but may require a bit longer. Raising money and the reason for the investment in Casa is a big sell to existing investors in Rackla Metals.
If the next court case whenever that is? Is delayed by MM /BC it'll look like delay tactics while awaiting a payoff? Don't see any payoff coming, but court case brought by the local authorities will not be postponed indefinitely. I'd like to see how MM gets out of that without actually appearing for the court case! Got to face the judge at some point in time, or sentenced in absence and arrest warrant issued. If travelling to the UK for trial by Zamex v Zamsort, arrested at the airport. So in effect any court case will be lost, no where to go. The inevitable is coming and no amount of wrangling is going to stop the local authorities from conviction. Played his games for a year, but the endgame is near. Only game left for him is 'Don't drop the soap'. He might have influenced the local indigenous people, but he's no longer the 'Big businesses man' he made himself to be. Money talks and jail time is free! Suspect when the next court case is upon us, we'll know via his made up supporters suddenly arriving here with outlandish claims, so obvious!
Goldman Sachs has raised its 12 month target for Copper to $5.44lb, about 20% more than current prices of $10k per tonne. Can see a lot of MA activity in the metal commodities sector over the next 5 years. Majors with good balance sheets and lots of FCF, paying dividends /share buyback and buying junior resource companies. Guess if MM doesn't turn up for his impending trial? Then a guilty verdict and warrant for arrest will be issued. If that happens, and he's out of Zambia, no way back without being arrested. Wonder if MM +BC are just deliberately delaying the inevitable? Looks that way so far, if innocent then prove it in court!!
BHP said copper production would be lower due to geopolitical problems around the world. Definitely see Africa becoming the 'Destination' for future mineral production driving the move to EV's. Only a matter of time before the licenses are bought in a land grab policy. Buy first, then develop if economic? Unless a junior with good license areas are willing to do a deal. It's going to be a strong amount of deals in 2022,as Majors throw off free cash flow in an inflation led commodity super cycle. ATB everyone.
After reading most of the comments over the weekend. It's obvious that some people want Arcm shareholders to 'put a no confidence vote' in NvS and remove him from the bod, along with the rest of the bod. Then appoint Colin Feather, and merge the licenses with the adjacent licensed area acquired by Bird and Co. A smear campaign has been ongoing for months and has reared its ugly head, as we have the imminent court cases. This week we'll find out who's guilty / not, and wether someone has skipped their court case. Drama this weekend has been like a soap opera, with claim/counter claims. Chill out, let the lawyers do what they were hired to do, after all its what they get paid for! This weekend will be 'Entertaining' to say the least. ATB everyone.
Ruffles has been consistent and correct in his information. Don't see why he would suddenly lie about the whereabouts of MM? Well see if /when the court cases start, who does /doesn't attend!
One thing the Troll is good at is 'misdirection' or not telling the truth, just parts of the truth mixed with subtle negativity! The court cases will be dealt with over Fraud and Misrepresentation by the two accused. Nothing to do with our licenses, just white collar crime. Or should that be Black collar crime, in a political correct way? They'll have evidence produced in court on said offences, with a money trail. Wouldn't like to be the lawyer explaining the said offences were not true! Guess pass the soap will be the game in prison. After trying to steal our licenses, via Colin the feather egging them on. Wonder if he visits Mushy in jail, just to buy his license adjacent to ours for a nominal amount? Mushy once owned 74m shares in Arcm, now facing jail and numerous legal fees and debtors! Supposedly he's a black belt who's never lost a battle? Well losing 74m shares in Arcm is just the start of the end of his 'Invincibility'. Pass the Soap is the only game in a Zambian jail. Zambian authorities will be making an example of people who think they are above the law. BC will surely sell him out for a deal, there is no loyalty between theives! Colin feather suddenly leaves /exits/ sacked from JLP? Sounds dubious to me, but wait I'm sure that the Troll can put a positive 'spin' on it! Jan 14th in my diary, BC is in court.
Notice that the Troll never mentions the upcoming court cases? That's irrelevant, but now that Nick stated the sale of Casa is nearly done / no guarantees it will close? So the Troll focus is on spreading doubt/negativity on the deal closing. Liabilities for Casa will be absorbed by the buyer, that's why they are doing the DD. Obviously raising the money for Casa isn't straight forward, and has taken a lot longer than anticipated. Jan 14th is the day when BC learns to play 'Don't drop the soap'! No mention of the court cases. No mention of the court cases. No mention of the court cases. Just filter and life is much better.
If the courts have given in favour of Arcm, then the court cases should be the same. MM and BC will be dealt with by the Zambian authorities. Then what bargaining chip, will they try from a jail cell. This will be the last Xmas before they are shipped to the rat infested, dirty cells of Zambia. Where anal is the only comfort for some inmates, along with Michelin starred food. And cupious amounts of cold showers with horny 'Curs' looking for a Ass to pound! Disease ridden prison, with no TV, Internet, Telephone. Wonder if Chisler turns dime, and drops MM as the architect of said fraud and impersonation, etc, etc etc? Certainly looks like they've never visited the inside of a Zambia jail cell. Can't wait for the verdict on Jan 14th for Chisler, so glad MM's trial has been delayed until January. Gives Chisler time to cut a deal for turning evidence, and a reduced sentence/suspended? If Zambia is a poverty stricken country, the prisons must be even worse? No 'Hilton Hotel' like in the UK! Then we have the UK high court case? No deal for MM, just a bit of smoke and mirrors. Before the 'Cur' is put down for the aggravation of trying to scupper a deal with a major.
