Guess he knows, and we regulars know that it ain't on XTR's licenses in Northern Territory Australia. But closer to Zambia, North West on Arcm's licenses, actually its 'Exactly on Arcm's licenses'. You can't compare Quality and Quantity with uneconomical grades as XTR have. No Major /Midcap would be interested in such low grades 0.40% max is embarrassing to them. Boardroom talk of buying such low grades deposits would suffer shareholders backlash. And reshuffle or kicked out of the job of CEO, etc etc. 1%+ grades is enough to wet the appetite of any Major /Midcap to negotiate a offer /deal! Once all the best deposits have been bought in the next 3-7 years. You will see less economical grade deposits being bought if copper is above $12000 per tonne. For now, all the Majors are looking to buy ahead of the inevitable super cycle. Buy, Drill, Jorc, DFS+Permits… Build a mine 4-7 years time frame at the minimum.

So doable if midcap / Chinese with money does a deal. AISC? PEA? DFS? Mining permits? Environmental permits? Be achievable and relatively low cost to production and profitability. Considering the grades Cheyeza has drilled in the past, there could be as much copper in one or two of the areas as the entire XTR licenses in Australia. 80km2 of area to look for deposits, and we've just scratched the surface. I'm of the opinion that Cheyeza is the twin of the Sentinel Mine. 5-10m tonnes of copper is what Remy said could be there if drilled out? Considering oxides have hit 1%+ on previous drilling, likely to be near term accuracy of at least 3m + tonnes. Any more is just 'pure luck' and not down to 'wonderful research'! With Fwiji, Muswema and Lumbeta to further drill, then possibilities of further copper deposits of various grades. Then the other lesser targets to still come, which is up to debate, until they are drilled out? With a nearby operating mine, no large capex to fund a mine for any major. Just charged a 'Toll fee' per tonne of ore processed/ unless a JV? And a conveyor belt to transport the ore cost of ($30m-40m). I wonder how XTR are going to find 2m tonnes of copper with 0.30-40% cueq, and sell it if capex with be very high. Plus $5lb breakeven copper economics is the best in the world? Some are suggesting $7-800m asset sale on their bb? Should have majors chomping at the bit, forming a orderly queue. Sentinel sold for $260m, with double the tonnage of copper and slightly better grades. Capex of $2.2bn is just the reason why in 2031 they run out of ore,unless they can find other deposits to process ore. Guess been close to a operating mine has its advantages. In Botswana, Khoemacau copper /silver mine has several Juniors with licenses close by. This is the way for the Juniors to prove up and sell an asset, to an existing large miner. Casa, Casa sticking out like a sore thumb, Nicholas get the major to buy it as part of the deal for the licenses!

Think the seller is finally done(kopore) and the market is more balanced than before. Casa dilemma still rumbles on. One longshot solution is to get the major to take it as part of the deal. They would be able to get it into production fast, and give us a 10%+ equity of the company after IPO. That would give the major a profit and a bit of job creation in DRC. 10% of $100m mcap producing gold mine is a very good deal. Guess we're going to have to find a buyer from somewhere? Maybe Colin Bird may take it on for a NSR of 2% to us? That would also be a longshot! Anybody want a 3m oz gold deposit with $1960 gold price and predicted to increase over the coming years?

With 792km sq of licence area, think we've got enough to keep any Major happy, in order to locate substantial deposits. The cadestre reshuffle will stop locals from preventing growth, and attract the right people to create jobs. Zambia has many mid /large operating mines, and will have many more with the new Gov. HH is doing a great job in promoting the country. A breath of fresh air, to combat the poverty in the country. Arcm have barely scratched the surface of the licenses. Cheyeza has hit some good grades from near surface to 150m, with predominantly oxides. If a major is on board for the future, then they'll find and fast track the hidden mineralisation. It would take about $60-70m of drilling to prove up the licenses. Majors have their own drilling rigs and assay labs, so costs reduced and progress at break neck speed. $75 per metre is what drilling rig companies charge =500m hole costs $37500. So Kamoa Kakula mine had 2200 holes drilled, $90m + Jorc costs but spectacular grades. Their starter pit has 6% grades, so costs recoverable in quick time. That's what a major is looking for in capex payback, the starter pit to be of certain grade =2%+. For me imho, Fwiji will be the starter pit for any major, spec but 1m of 7% is smelling of much more to come.

FQM Sentinel Mine 792.4m tonnes grading 0.46% copper. Barrick Gold Lumwana mine 538.8 tonnes grading 0.56% copper. RIO swoop in and do a deal for all the licenses? They have been on a spending spree of late, and have massive mines around the world. Not just a one mineral resource mining company, but most base /precious metals. They have a strong cash balance sheet, and do deals like customers ordering 'Big Macs' at Mcdonalds!
