Another solid quarter, one of the most secure dividends amongst REIT's IMHO. Looking to see a gradual increase in SP from this level as interest rates continue to reduce, hopefully starting tomorrow.

Yes and dividend covered 110% in the second quarter saintly! This might be one of the best REIT's available IMHO. Only fly in the ointment is the need to refinance the debt by October and it won't be on the same terms they've enjoyed the past few years. Not a major obstacle to improved profits though as far as I can see. Wish I had more funds to tip in. K

It's definitely got worse recently colbalt, since this new batch I would say. Leaves a fishy taste in your mouth. I've been taking them with food and swallowing more fluid when taking them, seems to help.

I've held shares in SAR continuously since 2011 so yes, adding for me too.

I'll be adding if the price drops to 20p, busy making room in my SIPP just in case. My last sell was at 40.22p last May in my ISA.

7p dividend means you'll get your investment back in less than 7 years. That'd be one reason. It's the selling I don't understand. Buy low, sell high...

Typical market reaction. As rylidan says, dividend covered 1.9x (for the next 5 YEARS) and rising with inflation. Share buybacks too. I'll be adding when funds available, one of the safest long-term dividend plays on the market IMV.

I'm already over-invested in this according to my personal "rules" because I have a high level of conviction with the management. So I won't be investing more at this stage, as tempting as the dividend is. But I won't be selling either, I'm in this for the long haul and excited to see what the future holds here. Albeit that excitement is tempered by apprehension in the short term at least. I too am interested to get other people's thoughts following this morning's announcements.
