Yes good call StarBright. Be nice to think the unsuccessful bidder over at HEIT might switch their attention over here, once the dust settles. Must admit my preference would be Foresight as I already hold FGEN and FSFL. Combining the 3 could create a huge fund in the renewables space. Having said that, I'm more than happy for GSF to remain as it is and collect the huge dividends.

Well, if like-for-like sales increase of 6% is "sluggish" I wish one or two of my other companies were equally slow. Adding on the drop this morning.

Interesting news this morning, I would think the HEIT BESS assets would sit quite nicely within FGEN, although there are alternatives (FSFL). Let's see how it all shapes up, starting with confirmation of a bid. K

1. Sareum is the logical home for 737 so it's nice to have it back "home".

2. SAR should immediately petition CRT about changing the name. Whether it reverts to the original name or has a new one doesn't matter. All reference to SRRA should be removed, once and for all.

3. I assume Parker has received indications from one or more HNWI to provide further funds for development of 737 when required.

4. The pipeline now appears to be complete, and the focus must turn to exploiting each opportunity and reporting on the progress of such.

5. On that basis, I have bought another 15k shares this morning.

Hi Kevin, I think many of us are sitting on a loss here. My average is just over 86p (excluding dividends) so this has not been a great investment for me thus far. Like Sam, I'm hopeful of improvements going forward and will continue to collect the dividends in the meantime.

By contrast, TW. has been one of my best investments. I originally bought after the 2008 shake-out which was pretty scary at the time. I was lucky enough to build a position at just under 20p, then sold 1/4 once they reached 80p for a free carry. I've traded them ever since as the price has been quite volatile, so I receive a nice dividend twice a year now at effectively no cost. The cycle has been pretty grim for housebuilders but I'm sure it'll come good in the medium to long term & TW. is the best of the bunch IMHO.

Ouch! That's painful. Still think the best is yet to come here though Chid, just not sure I can promise you £7m.

So the SP dropped 18.2p in the qtr to 31/12/24 whereas the NAV dropped 2.4p (some of which may be recoverable via warranty / insurance claims). Just ridiculous how this share is being valued. On target to achieve 7.8p dividend for the year, >1.2x covered, and can currently buy for 70.4p. Fill yer boots, as the saying goes.
