The recent spike at 3p+ and the subsequent drop to less than half that is cause for reassessment from my perspective. When investing in AIM companies, my objective is always to accumulate 0.01% of the company's stock, on the basis that if it achieves a £1bn valuation my shares would be worth £1m. I don't invest on AIM if I don't think a company can reach that milestone. I haven't quite got there with SAR, or if I did I should have topped up to cover the additional shares in circulation following the various placings. Anyway, the price is coming close to my buy target, and I'll go beyond the 3.25 million - odd needed so I can topslice on any future spike without affecting my core holding. Each to their own of course, but that's my plan now. K
