It could be possible, someone has been very clever taking out a good sized long position as a bluff, knowing privet speculators will jump in and push the price up for them to close out at a nice profit! Lots of clever folk out there.

Anyone got an opinion on the 0.5% short position shown above.

£900 for a PSE test, they got to be having a tin bath, no one is going to randomly pay that, not unless they are facing a biopsy or something sinister is afoot.

I suspect they are purposely pricing themselves out of the market for now, and that they will drop the price for a sensible one once the company has been taken privet. Just my opinion.

Yes Taverham, It's the odd honest BOD that keep AIM investors coming back, the odds are stacked against you though, most AIM stocks will lose you money unless you have inside information or an expert at trading in and out.

You spot something that looks good, then you do your research and you think you are onto a winner, but unfortunately the information you are looking at is just the bait/carrot, It's what they do, the BOD tell a story that sucks you in for the purpose of only making themselves rich! This sort of thing happens time and again on AIM. Stay away from AIM, It's just a cesspool full of Pirates and sharks, no good for long term holds It's only any good for professional traders.

Got to lower the price of the PSE test to around £350 if they want to generate large annualised checkup sales, no one wants to pay £900 unless they are facing a biopsy! By keeping the price high It's obviously not profitable, so point keep doing the same thing if It's not working.

After selling out a while back, I thought I'd take look OBD again and see how It's doing, It's not to good by the looks of things. In my opinion, the PSE test at £900 is way too expensive, they need drop the price to £450 and see if sales take off, no point in keep doing the same thing if It's not working! Maybe that's the plan, make it not work, then take the company privet, then make it work!

Yes, spreadex are hedging against the difference between their positive and negative open positions, as/when they close, the equivalent shares will be sold. Have seen it before, a few years ago, someone took a big spreadex bet on an AIM stock, they lost out, think it was Alba minerals, but not so sure now.
