Looks like insider selling to me, chunky round number trades, so could be someone with a big holding.
I could be wrong, but the M3 news was basically a small set back and shouldn't have such a devastating effect on the share price, so it's makes folk think the drop is over done on that news alone and are more likely not to sell so holding the price up but in truth, something else is afoot and the insiders know about it. Just my opinion.
In my opinion the M3 news is a red herring, to mask a fund raise going on

Looks like something else is going on, could be a fund raise taking place, or something else going on behind the curtain!
Sebela might not be too happy about shelling out more cash if it wasn't their idea to make the change.
The decline in CiRT sales is perplexing to me, even without a sales team, you would think the oncologists that have used it, would have found it to be a useful tool and used it again, with that assumption, you would think sales would be flat or with a little P2P help, slightly higher, instead they have declined! 97 sold in June, 56 in July, 53 in Aug, 53 in Sep, 61 in Oct, 54 in Nov, and 46 in Dec.
In my opinion OBD has missed a trick, short videos explaining PSE testing and it's advantage should have been plastered all over YouTube by professionals from the go, you can find loads explaining PSA testing that have thousands of views, but nothing on PSE, It's free advertising, it's where folk go when they want to find out about stuff.
YouTube is a great place to advertise, it's the go to place for instructional videos or finding tuition on just about anything, if you type in PSA test or Prostate Cancer in the YouTube search bar, multiple examples giving information on the subject appear, mostly by experts in the field, many of them have thousands of views like this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7z_j4pscD4&pp=ygUIcHNhIHRlc3Q%3D
OBD need to be putting out the benefits of PSE testing in multiple tutorial videos on there, It's Free advertising, heck, you actually get paid for the amount of views you get.
Personally I think the PSE test has been pitched at too higher price, especially considering the trial data is small, perhaps folk would of overlooked the trial data if the price was around £250 a go to start off with, maybe then more validation feedback would came back from the field in use, then the price could be increased.
LOL, believe it or not, a woman has got a prostate! it's called Skene gland
Maybe the price of CiRT was too high at launch as well, if had been something like £750 for first 6 months, then priced at £1500 after things might have been different
