Completion of the enrollment of the Momentum trial should clear the way for Dilly to confirm Sierra's plans for SRA737. The deadline for return of the asset to CRT/ICR/Sareum must be fast approaching!!

19” is a single participant project, with Sareum Limited being the only participant.
The term ‘Colaborative R&D’ is the project category assigned to the overall competition, however this competition
was open to single applicants and col aborative projects.

BoilB _ and an interesting coincidence are Micheal Owens and Tim's long association with GSK /SKB respectively. Given that AGILE is all about UK companies developing UK drugs with UK expertise and UK government backing......and GSK's immediate need to pull a rabbit out of the hat...could they be a front runner for partnering with Sareum??

FWIW IMO there is nothing 'secret' about the 2020 patent. The normal commercial confidentiality rules apply as with any patent application. John was very clear in the IMC meeting as detailed below and 'the world will soon know' was a simple statement of fact. No hidden agenda, no subliminal messaging no teasing.... An application has been submitted, we don't want competitors to know the details and steal a march, it takes time and if/when patent is granted the details will become public knowledge, nothing more, nothing less.

I believe this refers to a Sareum patent whose title has been published on the UK Patent Office website. The UK Patent Office is unusual in publishing the titles of patents in advance of the full publication. There is a period of 18 months between the submission of a patent and its full publication. This gives us a period of confidentiality in which we can add further details to the patents before it is published and examined.
