Cambridge, UK, 13 May 2021 - Sareum Holdings plc (AIM: SAR) announces that it has received notice of exercise of share options from a consultant to the Company over 3,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 0.6 pence per share.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 3,000,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur on or around 8.00am 18 May 2021. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.
