Not sure whether the updated EPO page in respect of EP3864009 is hugely important? Perhaps someone can do some more detailed digging. I don't think this relates to the so called 'secret' patent. It appears that the 18 August 2021 may be significant?

Previous 10-Q notes in respect of SRA737 - "milestones will be accrued once they are considered probable of occurring.". So we may get an indication of what they are doing with regards a Merck or other deal although given that Sierra don't play with a straight bat who knows?

RMM - What do consider the most likely outcome with 737. While the increasing size of the Sierra team would probably allow them to do all the trials in-house, (note another bunch of inducements grants issued today) do you think it likely that they on-licence or will they do some kind of partnership deal with Merck?

Well for what it’s worth my guess is that they are throwing absolutely everything at Covid + Agile to get the studies progressed at pace and I would also suspect that the groundwork is well advanced - this to be reflected in the next RNS.
1801 immune will be following very closely behind and will be using the data from Covid trials.
I’d agree that we’ll see another rerate based on any one of the imminent RNSs .

Not sure that the potential value of SDC-1801 for use in veterinary applications has been considered. Dexamethasone sold under the trade name Dexafort by MSD is very widely used in veterinary medicine. Dexafort is sold as 'An anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic agent in horses, cattle, dogs and cats, and for the treatment of primary ketosis in cattle. The product can also be used to induce parturition in cattle'.
If SDC1801 is effective in animals and intuitively it would seem likely given that it is being tested and found to be more efficacious in animal models, then presumably it has huge potential in the worldwide veterinary market.
RMM - I have no idea how the potential value could be calculated but one hopes that Tim et al are taking this into consideration.
