I was told that they would stay within the ISA wrapper but with a Nil value as they could not update the prices. The advantage of the ISA is of course I anticipate a sale in the future way in excess of the 2.2p I have paid and will be Tax free. If they get moved to a Trading Account I would suffer CGT. I did not discuss if I could sell them and any procedure required, that is some I will review next year.

I bought two batches one 30,426 and a bit later 69,574. Totaling 100k.

Like many I am waiting for EUA to crystalize and as such have very little spare cash, I have managed to buy 175k this morning which will I hope be the start of a bigger investment here. I have done no research of note yet but wanted to create a starting point. If anyone can post a few notes to start I would be grateful.

Quick message to all my old mates on here, I lost all my emails and addresses some months ago so apologies for not responding if you sent me one.
I have been a holder for over 10 years and in Sept 2019 held 100k (at 38.0p) shares over the next 12 months I reduced to Nil with a loss of £8k put into mainly EUA and have recovered my losses, I have today bought back in two lots the same 100k at 2.2p I have bought back in my wife's ISA as I am assured by II, that they can remain in the ISA wrapper, but will show Nil value. Its just a waiting game again. As I was not a holder I did not think it pertinent to continue posting. I don't know how long this Board will remain open once we are delisted, so is there any other forum to join.
I'm glad to be back as I don't think Odey will want to loose too much.

I think you need to review your prediction you have not allowed for the Gyro project or all the agricultural products plus there may be others in the pipeline. We are undervalued at the moment. I do not have any calcs to back up my thoughts but may be someone has.

Tiziana Life Sciences plc has announced a Demerger, whereby holders will be issued with 1 new share in AccuStem for each Tiziana Life Sciences plc share held. The ex-entitlement date is 2nd November 2020.

It is intended that AccuStem will seek admission to the standard segment of the Official List and admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange in late Q4 2020 and potentially a dual listing on NASDAQ in 2021.

Whilst the AccuStem Shares will be allotted on the completion of the Demerger, it is unlikely that the process to obtain a standard listing on the Official List and admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange will be complete by the date of completion of the Demerger. Accordingly, no AccuStem Shares will be actually issued until the earlier of AccuStem Admission; and 2 months from the date of the completion of the Demerger. This is to prevent the issue of large numbers of physical share certificates which would then need to be replaced or dematerialised upon AccuStem Admission.

The new AccuStem shares will be applied to clients? accounts upon receipt.

The RNS of 27th October states shares will be registered to trade on the Main market in London once all regulations are complete. It may take a few weeks they don’t want to issue paper certificates.

Just for fun. My first job was as an articled clerk In 1964 for the weekly sum of £3.6s.8d. The 6s.8d. Was my NIC.

Like many “investors “ it is impossible to watch every stock. I stumbled on RMS on Monday night, placed a buy order on Tuesday morning and was sold 300k at 3.8. As you can imagine the rest of Tuesday and Wednesday I was not best pleased, I did buy another 250k to bring my av down to 3.00 So am in profit now and happy. I appreciate I am late to the party and am catching up on history etc. I have one question/query/observation.
The current advice is to wear a mask to prevent you passing on the virus, it does not protect you. Am I right in thinking the mask we will produce will also protect you. If so that’s a major selling point. People will pay good money to protect themselves, not so much to protect others.

I’m guessing your doing your tax return to get in before 31st October. Suggests you are filing manually.
If you have a few minutes to spare check Taxcalc out as link. I have used them for over 15 years filing upto 150 returns a year. Now retired but still use them for my own and a couple of friends. Not the cheapest but certainly one of the best.

I think Welsh Gold carries a premium because of its colour, not so much the rarity. It will always carry a premium as they will not be able to produce as the huge mines in other parts of the World.
