FE & TDT.
I am in agreement with the postings, in that I was just in the main re-iterating previous messages/posts. Since my original posts circumstances have somewhat changed over the last 6 months. I agree it is unreasonable to anticipate dividends on performance in the short term but, should SPMP decide to take out our holding we may then be in line for a dividend, or they may just buy the shares outright, (but I doubt that because we still have the Canadian Assets, ). The Covid 19 virus and set back in production has certainly given us and Odey a major headache. Odey was viewed as the villain when he was acquiring his holding, but has since turned into our saviour by keeping TSTR afloat. Whilst we are aware he is a great supporter of the project I wonder how long he will continue to hold. Will he wait for the arbitration hearings to conclude or sell before hand. From memory , on the plant achieving 100% production it had a projected value of $190m, and it was anticipated to raise an 80% mortgage on the plant to repay shareholder loans, I guess its now on hold.
In the event that Odey sells his shares at £1.00+ is the buyer obligated to buy ours?
