I take your point but if you had put your car in a private ad (or FPS) and you had a few phone calls to come and view you may be inclined to spend £50 on a first class full valet tho clinch the sale. My view is that WK has been producing at a low level. The BOD are now pushing up production to prove to the interested parties that higher throughput is achievable to coincide with the greater resources we are anticipating.

Like many I am hoping for a buyout/JV for SNG. If that happens I am looking at a couple of options one of which is MWG. Could someone kindly give me a two or three sentence resume please. I will be doing some research later on but I find you get a better feel from those invested who have been through all the trials and tribulations.

I am confused on the current position on Licences.
1. Typil. Granted
2. WK. Passed May 2020. Waiting issue.
3. MT. Passed May 2020. Waiting issue.

Is that correct? Also have we applied for a further licence, I seem to recall something along those lines or is it wishful thinking.

Just looked at II ( my broker). They have a price for NN. I would be happy with cash and shares from NN. 30pps and 1 NN share for 10 EUA. NN shares are around $28.

Is this report related to our licences or is it some other location?

I think the small buys/sells maybe small time traders on the likes of Freetrade Very small commission.

Thanks rattie. Having passed the three score years and ten. I will go for some advice once the deal is announced.

Just checked II also trade NN. As MNOD. I see no reason why it can’t go in an ISA. Current SP is $28+. So 10 for 1 would be good for starters.

At my age I would rather the cash but I ask the question just in case. If you can’t hold the new shares in an ISA I would have to sell before the deal was consummated.

Some time ago a poster mentioned that if it is not a cash sale but a share swap or RTO your new shares are not eligible to stay within your ISA. Does anyone know of the implications if it is not a 100% cash sale.
