I would say Tema delay due to the union business, although they appear to be ok with the 20% its the tapering over a 4 year period that is of concern and any union should or would be fighting this to protect its members. So this either needs to be negotiated to a conclusion or contracts agreed that will accomadate this.
It is clear that this is sensative and PF has stated that talks like this cannot be broadcast. It seems the same way with any companies that have to deal with Africa, things always take longer.

Sepco or GE money would instil confidence I agree even if it was only enough to keep the lights on but that may only be a last resort for them. It makes no differance to them if LC goes to a bucket shop and I am also wondering if it makes any difference to them if Kibo go under.

I think we have to be realistic and admit that a £14m MC is to high for this company. It doesn't produce diddly squat and at this present time is working on hopes and dreams. They may well come to fruition but without absolutely know idea of how that will add value to the company and when, this is pure speculation and over priced.

Guys reading through the messages after a few weeks away, seems there is a lot of doom and gloom about needing to raise funds and relinquishing the licence, so looked at any recent RNS's issued by the company and cant find anything that changes the companies position from a month ago or the last few years.
Pls help and point me in the direction that is causing all this negativity.

As you say misleading EDL would say facts as they see them at the time. Like an MOT only valid for the date of inspection. Things change and part of reading an RNS is to take that into consideration. From the moment it's released its history and things change.

RNS's are factual its how people interprate them that becomes the problem. If you read them word for word then you will understand that. They are always written in a way that does not state anything factual unless it is. The proof of the pudding is that you have reported misleading RNS's and they have not got back to you. If there was a solid case of misleading, which there isn't you would have had a response.

Stated 10mil MCap a couple of month's back bit now a cash injection needed may be 5mil or less depends on what terms.

When this had a MCap of over 100 mil I said it was ridiculous and thought 10mil MCap more appropriate. With further dilution 5mil MCap or less. Defo

Have been following the letter to BOD thing and the hang RS thing. With the recent update cant really see what there is left to answer form the letter apart from the low ball funding last time around and whatever answer you get it will not make any difference. The company has achieved and is moving forward, supporting EDL in doing that and praising what they have on the ground would be a better way to use your energy.

They are confident they will be double from today's price in a year
