Read all the details, add up the tranches of the loan for Mast under the joint venture and it shows there will be nothing left for Mast.

To look at this, fully funded for 2 drills, on very heavy Mac cap for risk.

Go to the bank and tell them just borrowed 33mil and will be paying back for over a decade, bit look we have 300k a year, well sort of because we've paid ourselves. Can we borrow some money, have a look at the books. Oh before you do pls put these rose tinted specs on.

Masts quotes 15mil shared revenue for 50mw.

So 31mil loan will get them to to 33mw is 9.9mil shared revenue.

They estimate 30% profit from revenue, 2.9mil which they get to keep 10%.

So that's over 10 years to pay the loan back and wait for it.......less than 300k a year for Mast.

That won't go very far with all the directors filling their faces.

As said before no value for shareholders.

It will be delays and dilution. Don't get trapped, grab a profit from the announcement if you can.
