I don't know the size of the flexible power market in the next few years. What I do know reading the loan agreement is that mast will hanging on by a thread or not part of the growth.

Mast giving up 75% of their assets and 90% of any profit.

No news another year....really take a look at the rns tab, plenty of news.

And as is evident today, over 100 trades and no movement up to speak of, so being sold into by the owners of mast. Kibo skint so will sell at these levels all the time people buy into this show.

They have only agreed a Heads of Terms. Which is basically didly squat in regards to the law.

Under the HoT, it is envisaged that the Institutional Investor will inject all required investment capital into the JV .......Bla Bla Bla.

Look at the word envisage - to imagine or expect something in the future

Kibi has never turned a profit and has diluted continually for years.

In my view companies like these are run by clever people who will be paid handsomely as long as they can tell a good story.

What dormant account are you on about, have been posting on and off for years. You need to ask yourself about the dormant account with mast shares in it.

Revenue per MW is 70k so when they get the loan and expand to 30MW however long that takes they will have revenue PA of 2.1mil. Mast state in 30% profit from revenue so 630k profit, doesn't sound that great, then remember they only get to keep 10% of that as 90% goes to pay the loan, 63k pa profit.
