asset value well not many auction sites going to have a catalog for used gas generators. plus the removal and transportation costs. the land not worth anything all leased and may well be taken to court for breach of co tract when they relinquish the lease.

There is probably no delay with the money, just solicitors and accountants passing the agreement back and forth to ensure it is so entangled and indecipherable as to not allow anyone to get into trouble.
