To me the tweets show mast are desperate, if they were confident with the loan coming off, why would they need to put out tweets.

Remember no loan good chance of mast going under.

I ve used mast own figures to show there will be no real profit and posters figures to show the same.

Look at profits for pyebridge 9mw. The lone is only to add another 20 odd Mw.

F1 let's use your 3.75mil revenue pa, they then have to pay 90% of that as loan repayments.

Guys focused on money coming to mast so 10 bagger, and 2 different opinions of reimbursement figures.

But what matters is what mast can achieve from the loan.

Gross profit for year end 22 was 260k from 9mw, so this loan is to take us to 30mw, lets be generous with the 22 figures and say that 30mw is giving a gross profit of 1mil. That is of course a long way a way, 5 years minimum.

Gross profit before expenses. Not sure if the 90% loan payback is from Gross or net, so 100k left for Mast bottom line and about 5 bob if it's from net.

A few days ago a peep popped up posting as much as me bigging up Mast all day and even through the night. It was so obvious as I have been watching the boars for months, Sp declining a couple of decent buys and 3 postponed deadlines for the lone. Desperate times for Mast, time to have a punt. Mast then tweets. The fundamentals do jot add up but between LC and the other spurious people that have shares in Mast the SP was and media allowed a pump.

On where the loan will go. I have put my calcs on the outcome of a 33mil loan to mast. Show me you're calcs going forward.

Go on do it. The info is there to transpose from previous rns's. Mast are very happy to publish their predictions in rns releases to big themselves up. But the figures they themselves give crashes the company going forward.

Masts quotes 15mil shared revenue for 50mw.

So 31mil loan will get them to to 33mw is 9.9mil shared revenue.

They estimate 30% profit from revenue, 2.9mil which they get to keep 10%.

So that's over 10 years to pay the loan back and wait for it.......less than 300k a year for Mast.

That won't go very far with all the directors filling their faces.

As said before no value for shareholders.

It will be delays and dilution. Don't get trapped, grab a profit from the announcement if you can.

There again if you have some different calcs pls let's see....

Should the boards only allow peeps who are invested. That would lead to a very o e sided discussion. Just trying to create balance. The way to have a real discussion is post some calcs on the company going forward. Bet you cant.

I will ask you the same as those before you, show some calcs based on masts own figures how they will make any money over the next decade.

Plenty of rns's to read for their figures. Use them they do not add up.

Trade it, when mast stimulates the market, trade it. Mast will never give shareholders value. It set to keep a few in a decent lifestyle.

If you think their generation business is so good why are they scrapping the barrel with a consortium of investors led by 1 man who set up a company are months ago. Why has their largest shareholders never made a profit or brought a project online. Why are other major shareholders dormant companies.

Why would they ever change when they can enjoy their current lifestyle.

You do really need to read the agreement full.
