Well wouldnt trust any company unless they specifically stated all the facts, thats why we always need to go digging to put some real context into what they announce. It would be better if they were more transparent in how this JV could mean to them, which they have not, so as they have not I would persume it is not involving their tenaments. Until told it is.

Have today emailed KDNC and asked the question about Hastings JV with Shaeffer. Is the supply to Shaeffer coming from our tenaments in Yangibana, which we have 30%, as there are a number of tenaments in the area 100% owned by Hastings.
This does need clarification.

Weeks away from generating cash really, look around at other miners who have troden the path. We are actually at the part when the unexpected is at its greatest, new equipment being installed, may be a part missing or doesnt fit, commissioning, then the slow ramp up capacity. Basically teething probs, they will most likely happen and that will mean delays. Some peeps think Vast will be cash positive at the end of July. Be more realistic.

There will be as adverts and promotion and peeps will jump on the claim. I know I . will. All the stress and worry about getting my refund as per the Law when I agreed to enter a contract with RYA.

Refinaincing 3 momths away at least. Mining for furthere samples, testing then JORC will take over 2 months, yes we will hear results form the grinders and it may be wonderful, but until this is put into a internationally recognised format the banks will not touch it.
Then the Banks or Finance houses will do their Due Dilligence, 2 months say, so we are many months away from a improved finaincial package, so more dillution from the the one we have each month. Then there is assembling all the plug and play equipment together, go mining and makeing money. Think about it. Further dillution as we get the odd glitch or problem.
We are closer than yestaerday but not finished with the need to raise money/further dillution.

Wouldn't worry to much about placing not being offered to PI's as in a lot of cases the price drops below the placing price, as the last few shares are sold off. So you may get the opportunity to buy a few at a lower price.

Beaching, pls pls pls not de ramping, putting a opiinion forward to create some balance. derampng in my veiw would be to put the company down and say no hope, everyone is wasting their time buying into it.
I am sure that Vast has great potential, although not just yet. The risk this close is even greater as the the SP will drop 20 / 30% with the slightest wiff of a delay and more funding needed.
Pls, not deramping. I wish to be part of the Vast journey, but until I feel the Bus will turn up, I will not pay my fare. Proof is days after a good RNS the SP fells back. Think how far it will fall when there is a delay or more funding needed. Which there will be.

Are the boat, there we go, its all about the boat and the plug and play equipment on board, thats going to give you great returns on the entry point / versus risk that peeps have chosen.
Peeps get some balance about our position, CERTAINTY, we are closer today for more dillution than we was yeaterday. UNCERTAINTY, we are closer to start mining than we was yesterday.
Look around numerous AIM companies that have got this far, I have never seen it go from were we are now to producing within weeks with any new kit, you are talking about commissioning, months of testing and if things are going quit well then you can start and then slowly ramp up. It will take months.
Peeps who think that the kit will arrive on site be plugged together and start minning at full capacity forget it. Even the manufactures of the kit will have a start up / test process that will need to be adhered to.
This will drag on look around other companies that have done the same to get some balance rather than a advert video from a CEO that has countinuosly under delivered.
Stop topping up at these levels to lower your average peeps the last couple of days demonstrates there is no point. lower SP is comming. Why buy into a project now, when the SP will be lower. There will be delays and needs for funding, historically its on the cards.

Vast could do very well and may well multibag, but from what price level. A big churn of shares over the last couple of days and no gain. Clearly going to drift as finaincing a major hurdle. Would be better to multi bag from 0.10 than todays price.
As the news of bits of kit on boats get posted peeps get excited as Vast are getting to closer to starting operations. But remember with each day closer to starting up the plug and play kit that is all going to go with out a hitch of coarse, we also get closer to more dilution and historically more fund raising.
This is why the raises in SP are very short lived.
There will be a better entry point coming .

Next will be RNSs with words like immenent and cusp and need to raise more cash.

We have posted similar issues to be concerned about over the coming months, this does not make us the same person.
It would be better to get some balance. AP is not going to highlight all of his thoughts about what may go wrong and he will have a good idea of what can. Do you really think he is sitting around without a single worry.
Work out the risks in front of us and then you get some balanced veiws guys.
I am not deramping Vast infact I have stated I may invest.

Next week will go lower as Riverfort etc have a new tranch of shares to sell, this will countinue for the short term unless there is some major news to re value the company.
I think this company is in a good position at the mo but due to its refinancing structure the share price is stuck and if you are confident try trading it for now.
The future is bright but at the mo we are stuck with the present.

Will see a continued drop for a good few days as Riverfort etc have a new tranch off shares to offload. picking the low to get back in once they have finished is key.
Unless WSG have a wopper of a deal to announce this will be the way for this year.

There is a mortgage charge over the SQ until final payment made, not sure what what that means, I would think it covers wsg but not sure.

Now I presume now delivered as moored in Rhodes and seems to be moving around the area. Sold for 643k, say 150k to deliver, gives us 500k over 36 months, my thoughts.
