Stt1 ----This feels like market abuse to me with your thousand of posts on Tremor----are you working in concert with short sellers???
Admin--- can you sort this out please??? Enough is enough!

Stt1,
I am making a very specific point, that you do not understand or have the knowledge-----Money Flow means when investors buy the stock--- its demand----so please don't quote me out of context with your BS!!!!! its very annoying because I am trying to add specific value to those investors that own the stock. Further, may I point out I am a professional technical analyst and know what I am talking about. Please read all my posts--- they have been on the money with the 860 call+.
So, Money flow is demand lead, if you believe there are no more buyer for Tremor----money flow--- please tell me you are going short the stock!!!!. Further, are you saying no one bought stock today??? so, without money flow---how to you explain the rise in the stock today and for the week!!!. Also, may I teach you something, there is only demand for a stock at a price because supply is all the shares in issuance, fully diluted. Only demand exists at a price, that's all that matters.
Now on the 18th and 19th June I posted the following to you----- care to answer me and the rest of the good folks on this board?????? You are a Man of smoke, read the synopsis of the story-- i recommend everyone read it----it reminds me of you and your sly drivel. see below, lets have an answer back -----
I posted this yesterday for you, 18th/19th June, as below, no reply from you---why not???. What's the real truth--brilliant analyst/investor or paid blogger working in concert with short sellers??? Care to tell us ? I am on the site to gather real investor sentiment and make money, what's your agenda? Lets have it??
With your fantastic analyses on the sector, may I ask whether you were short and made a handsome profit on all the stocks?
If not, what is the point of your analysis and comments? Finally, are you a paid blogger to help short sellers in concert? Perhaps admin needs to look into the latter!!! I believe it would be illegal.
If you have shorted the Sector and made a packet, well done, otherwise, your wasting your time here and not paying yourself writing what could be profitable.
We are big boys here, we can make our own decision and do not need a man of smoke. Perhaps you could read the book too!!!
Time to move on to your next stock! Could you recommend one that you are making money in??
Max19, My pleasure and you are welcome.
We need price to recapture the weekly 10SMA or 50dma for a steady price recovery and we may build the trend from there. It would be an excellent show of investor sentiment/psychology for next week if we can close on a weekly price high today.

Hi Max19,
As I posted to Instadeth yesterday that ---"Sterling has been weaker, US buyers are buying into Tremor cheaper. Sterling has fallen from 1.4250 to approx. 1.39 ish over the recent weeks, that's just over 3pc advantage to US buyers + the discount to $19 to get the placing done. Hopefully, US buyers presently see the opportunity from the fundamentals and currency point of view". It would be a positive sentiment for the US investors to see the price back above $19+.
Also, to maintain the price trend technicals aligned positively on the AIM listing, after the recent pull back, we need price to move above and hold 733p, the 10SMA. So far, this week has seen a positive price trend recovery post the US listing, but we need new money flow and momentum back into the stock. A bit of patience, I have looked at the recent consolidation as a typical/normal reversion to the mean correction from the strong price move as fundamentals have not changed.

Hi Eddie21,
When I did my stint on WSt, a rather friendly client asked me during an investment meeting about why we cannot pick Tops and Bottoms? To which I said, that if I had done so in a 30 yr. career, it had been totally by fluke and never to be repeated again. I than remarked, that I don't PICK BOTTOMS AND THAT ONLY BABOONS DO! . My client roared with laughter, never forgot this and every so often, during market turmoil, I would receive a one liner from the client asking---WHAT IS THE BABOON DOING???
Joys of Wall Street.

Thanks for the link, I note the CEO said,
Now we'll have five great [U.S.] analysts that will cover us, that will be able to tell our story -- share their insights with the market about what we are doing,” Druker said.
All good. We can hopefully have decent research reports that are helpful to us all vs. our chief protagonist/man of smoke (STT1) repetitions'.

hi Gdog,
I wholly agree with your latter point, that what really matters with low debt and growing cash flows.
I hope the offering goes well across the pond, its being done by some well know Street names that could potentially write good research reports if appointed as brokers. lets see what happens at the end of 30 days, the quite period post an offering and who takes up doing the research notes.
Have a good evening

Hi GDOG,
I trust all is well across the pond!
Perhaps this may help as a possible explanation. I believe the main reason for two GBP shares per ADS is that it takes the value above $15, (e.g. £7.8X1.4x2=$21.84). Some US funds will not buy stocks under $15 because they are associated with being micro caps/small caps. Sounds crazy, but that was my WST experience.
be well.

Hi Gdog,
I trust all is well with you and good to have excellent news today to support on going fundamentals.
FYI for you and All the good folks here:
the technical price update is - IMO-we are well aligned for further gains, in particular because - looking at the obvious relative strength price line for Tremor vs. the MSCI UK index in the daily, weekly and monthly time frame respectively, the RS is at a new high with todays price breakout and closing high on strong volume. This portends well for the next next short term target at 850-860p during May and for the intermediate target of 910-960p by the end of June. All supported by a very good RNS today on the continuing underlying business fundamentals.
Please don't confuse my comment with the Relative Strength Index, RSI. This is Tremors vs. the MSCI UK Index and its price outperformance, meaning that the price momentum is better and improving.
take care and VBR to you and All here.
Gdog,
All is well here, thank you.
Best stick to our knitting first based on fundamentals' and as you say, let the revenues and earnings+ shine through to support the valuations for the sector. The TA is secondary and useful confirmation to have.
Good close today-I note last price at 754, a new closing high vs 752 (24/3/21) and on above average volume. Technically speaking, I surmise that, a move to 790 near-term is on the cards for this breakout and an anticipated challenge of 800p+ looks probable. That's the TA timing alignment signalling 825+ for the next phase. A little price consolidation won't hurt before pressing on higher.
I will drop you and the good folks here a line when I observe further TA trend signals worth commenting on.

Hi Gdog,
Good comment, I wholly agree with you and reflect your sentiment.
I dropped you a line yesterday following up on our chat from 20th April reference the technicals on Tremor.
Price is following through as anticipated with the fundamentals of the sector. The price breakout is upon us and a closing high today will be a good confirmation. As I write Volume is higher than the average daily trend. All technical factors are in good alignment to the fundamentals.
Be well, very best regards
K
Hi Eddie21,
Yup PRICELESS - All in the face of rising price momentum!
Stt1 can not fight the tape and sentiment. The 40 week momentum as almost at an 3 year historic high. See my post. IMO, with todays closing price at 746, with volume up 12% above its average daily, there is a good probability for attempting a full breakout to a new price high and a new higher closing price respectively this week above 762.
Best regards
Morning Gdog,
I trust all is well in Oregon!
Following on from our conversation from the 20th April on Tremor price technicals.
DYOR. On the assumption, momentum leads price, the 40week moving average begins higher at 399p for this week vs. 385p last week. IMO -Next Monday, we should observe it ~ 414 and exceeding the old high of ~409p from 23/3/2018, assuming no interim breakdown in price below 680p. Therefore, based on pure price technicals, we have good alignment of rising momentum in the weekly time frame and potentially we should see the old price high 762 exceeded moving towards 850+ and in time £10 as noted recently by one other commentator. Hopefully, this weeks peer results will help back some of the fundamental news on Tremors lower valuation.
I am assuming that the daily MACD turns up in the days ahead into mid-next week, reflecting rising momentum & we should see price above 760p+. The stock price has held in a tight range above 705p, suggesting accumulation remains positive.
Lets see how technicals sentiment pulls together under behavioural finance and will the inefficient markets see the value here vs. peers! An interesting couple of weeks ahead and looking for 800/850p+ for May/June. Perhaps the US listing may partially answer the inefficiency of markets as Tremors fundamentals follow through?
Have a good week, touch base soon.
All the best.
Gdog -all good thanks. Apologies, missed seeing Sharenicely post on DV.
Hi Gdog,
I trust all is well with you.
An interesting IPO from last week---Ad software company DoubleVerify shares close up 33% on first day of trading

Gdog, ahh -PST?
Not boring at all.
Nice personal story on Amazon investment and to follow through for me its all about AWS/cloud as 5G rolls out and what we can do with the IoT's. Keep faith they are doing a great job. Looking at multiples' as a pure value investor can sometimes stop you in your tracks. I recall Autonomy and HP bought them-turned sour. On Google, I recall post 2008 buying it finally at $$175/250 having been stopped out four times -got there with both names for clients and many more.
My speciality is US stocks, sector, industry and cross asset class analysis having worked for WSt majors, but I run a global search screen and found Trade Desk and peers and one happened to be RTHM which merged with TAP. Like you, I am in because I believe in the video/internet, change in advertising model etc and the transformation vs incumbents' -FB/Google etc tell the story.
Re your point on forecasting-- very true. I tend to take this view on forecasting because of modelling and I get it wrong - if the macro environment is right and management is good at innovation you can have some predictive qualities on revenues and CF. Without forecasting, fund managers would invest passively and simply choose an appropriate benchmark to be validated against. Active managers require forecasting, the more refined the information ratios you can produce for them from the raw signals and fundamentals, the greater the opportunity to create strong alphas’ and help fund manages achieve their goals of making solid returns whatever the market volatility is like. Information analysis, mostly fundamental (99%), with TA (1%) evaluates the ability of any good signal to forecast returns. It determines the appropriate information coefficient to use in forecasting and quantifying the information content of the signal--i.e. price when you are invested. Good data in is good output-- poor data in rubbish output and poor analysis!
For me, as a complimentary method to the traditional yardstick of fundamental analysis, the role of management’s business analysis as a measurement parameter is used to evaluate the success of a company and how this influences critical business decisions. Strategy is a very obvious determinant both in the magnitude and consistency of a company’s future earnings and the way it responds to change.
hence , the performance of the stock market as a whole is the standard against which the candidate industry and company are compared. Therefore, in the final phase to purchase a stock, the quality of an investment is determined by a combination of characteristics of the industry and the competitive advantage of the company- hopefully Tremor!
In short, strategic analysis supplements the fundamentalist, contrarian and value investment approaches. This approach makes it unnecessary to attempt the absolute need to forecast future earnings. Amazon, Google, FB, MSFT, ADBE etc prove the point, IMO
Enough said, have a lovely day.
Hi Gdog,
Glad that I made you smile-it keeps us young! Thanks for your background, I understand your viewpoint.
Nothing much as changed in basic TA, except as you point out the PC, this has helped process and derive information in a timely manner for investing, and the speed at which price, and the different asset classes change hands.
Looks like we have been both at it for decades---for myself since the mid eighties with a couple of WS majors--- I surmise, that both you and I are are very much a classical Graham and Dodds type investor? I do a lot of digging around and company investor calls, everything helps.
Happy for the PC and internet. Before PC's one of my " more interesting jobs" was to keep the daily, weekly, monthly charts updated manually for the newly formed FTSE100 and a few names in the FT Actuaries All Share Index -- bar charts, point and figure etc using the FT back pages. One gets a feel for things having done it the old fashion way and eventually when Excel worked it helped automate the plots!
Like you where taught - fundamentals first and the behavioural finance traits thereafter through price sentiment/psychology or TA are helpful whilst waiting patiently for the next phase of the price trend to scale up as fundamental follow on.
Good to chat with you, be well and have a good evening.
Best regards.
