TechyRob, did that come directly from the company? Did people already know that Phil was leaving? It doesn't make any sense, he moved from COO to CCO one month after Jason became CTO. And why would they hire Matthew Hyde as his deputy 4 months ago, if Phil wasn't even need in the first place?

but his deputy, Matthew Hyde, is still listed. If the guy who reports to him is listed, why isn't Phil? I'm 99% sure he used to be on that page. I'm guessing he's working his notice period. He's not on the Board, so the company don't have to RNS it as a Directorate Change. I guess it will be mentioned in the upcoming Results.

According to his LinkedIn profile, he's #OPENTOWORK, "Start date - Immediately, I am actively applying."

So he hasn't been head-hunted by another company, he's probably just had enough. If everything is so rosy with the company, why the hell has such a key person left now, after more than 4 years, if we're gearing up for commercialisation?

Sn88, that is complete drivel, I'm sure somebody with a better memory than me will be along with exact numbers, but at 40p the Market Cap was around £300 million. There are about 2 or 3 times the amount of shares in circulation today as there were back then, roughly speaking. The MC today is nowhere near where it has been previously.

there must have been around 773 million shares at that time. and i think the sp might have touched 50p intraday, but 49p seems to have been the highest close, on 16th dec 2013.

so the highest the market cap reached must have been about £386m, 3 times our current valuation.

That was from the start of the year, so at our current valuation, we could be a 5-bagger from here and still not reach the previous all-time high.

Can someone with more knowledge than me comment on this, is this good news for QED? We signed a Cooperation Framework Agreement with BTG Bioliquids in June last year, I think the project is still active, it's still referenced on the Quadrise website.

It's going to last for at least two months, 1000s of people, so it must be a hell of a lot of work. Wouldn't it be great if 4 MMUs were being installed as part of their plans to future-proof their facilities. And then I woke up, back to reality.

Try the Brave internet browser. I used Adblock + for years and years, but then YouTube blocked it, so you had to watch their adverts. I didn't even realise YT showed you adverts up until that point. The ad-blocking is inbuilt into the Brave browser, so it works for everything, YT included.

Kind of pro: they must have thought that things were ready to kick-off in June. Jason becoming CTO was RNS'd on 1st May, with the move starting on 1st June. At the beginning of June, Phil changed from COO to CCO. The new Deputy Head of Engineering & Projects started in August, so that vacancy must have been advertised in May/June too. Three big changes in senior positions, all happening at the same time, it's a shame they've all been sat twiddling their thumbs for 3 months (apart from maybe 10 days in Panama).

Not "would be good", but "will be good", future tense, not conditional tense. That does add some credence to the belief that the recent successful trial of THOR in Utah was indeed for Heavy Sweet Oil.

That news update is from October last year, so I don't think it's Utah they're talking about, but the numbers are identical to what Lafayette have been stating in their presentations. Their expected production rate was 40 barrels per day for each well, so it's great news if that can be increased to 60. Off the top of my head, I can't remember the exact API of the Utah oil reserves, I'm sure it was mentioned somewhere before, but it must be pretty close to 6.

Yeah right, news has been imminent since about 2012, and we're still waiting.

Guantanamo Bay would probably be more fun than being a shareholder in this company. Waterboarding can't be that bad compared to this torture.
