The best thing is that probably nobody will take any responsibility let alone punishment for what's happened yesterday / today. As if nothing happened.

Most of us small PIs taking considerable risks took a hit today (even if it was only paper hit), many well informed fat cats took advantage of confidential information and a huge profits with practically 0 risk.This is not right.
I personally classify it as THEFT. Like any other thefts they are subject to penalties and potential prison sentences according to UK Law.

And don't be silly, wee all know what NDAs are but it is the company who takes the responsibility for any breach / usage of confidential information.

And why would you assume "the company best efforts" seeing what just happened? After that there is NO REASON to assume company best efforts unless proven otherwise.

Company long term prospects are still fine and it remains a great long term investment so no changes here. What's changed is the perception of people responsible for management and control of information within the company.

What I don't agree to is profiting from and taking advantage and of the information that is supposed to be confidential. And get real, instead of defending those who leaked the information and assuming "the best efforts of the company".

Company is supposed to have it under control mate. It the bank gets robbed you don't blame everybody around, you blame people responsible for security.

And how would you know anyway? Crystal ball? Or you hid under the table during the board meeting?

I had the same today - it gives me an option to "re-quote or try again later"....

F%#cking joke - if not the market itself those "little outages" are manipulated for sure....In the same time somebody is purchasing at rock bottom and before we get the access the price is back to higher level....

It drives me mad - any opinions on that? The same happens during the major crashes e.g. during Brexit announcement I wasn't able to buy anything for the first couple of hours of the day......Somebody must be profiting from that, come on....Any Ideas?

Don't even try to speculate now - you might get a few extra shares if you do but it may cost you dearly too....The lower the price the riskier it is to be out of it.

Just hold, or buy more if you can afford.

Market is a funny place.... The company clearly stated that Stage 2 will be announced BY THE END OF THE 2018 yet the market overreacts in the first week of September for absolutely NO REASON.

What's all the panic for? Has anything changed? Exactly.

You don't make sense.

By saying "I'll buy back when it rises" you are accepting the fact that you will lose money when you buy back (or decrease the number of shares you hold if you choose to invest back the same amount you sold your holding for) so
effectively you take a cut this way or the other.

You can just hold and if it rises avoid the loss (so you gain), and if it drops take a cut by selling cheaper and take smaller profit (if that's your choice) or just hold (if you don't sell it's just a paper loss) or even top up further.

If your long term outlook is positive and you are planning to BUY anyway, it doesn't make sense what you are doing let alone money spent on transaction charges and transfer stamp.

I don't understand your logic.

You take your profits today BUT:

1) If it goes up you'll buy (and lose)
2) If it goes down you'll buy (and gain)

Why don't you just DO NOTHING instead?

Very tempting in moments like this - the old good greed is kicking in....

Deep breath and back to long term outlook. F#%ck it - I don't need to trade it. All I have to do is to sit back and do nothing. If I do it long enough, I'll make money anyway.
