Maybe the director that acquired shares or the parties that took up more shares know something? Who knows - I think we can all agree the share price is moving up and down like a yo-yo and may - at some point - go below 1p or go above 2p! I reckon what they are working at is improving margins and cutting overheads as revenue is unlikely to change much for a while yet...

Well how often do you post on here? Once in a blue moon? ANYONE can post on ANY thread ok? OK some - like me - post here far too often but there is no law against it. As for the data protection laws taking effect from next month - please explain how posting anon on a BB will effect this? IF any one has done anything worse regarding this company IN THE PAST - then I agree - they should suffer any consequences... but I simply do not think its all black and white like some here ... AE is not the only one connected with this company over the years... if none of them have done nothing wrong - why the constant attacks and moaning at "trolls"? Anyone would think they wanted to shut them up.........??

Who do you KNOW the FCA will find nothing? They must have a reason to investigate surely? How often do the FCA make an investigation and find nothing? 10% of the time? AE might be right - and it's seems unfair "only" he is apparently being targeted - not as you say - if nothing if found then he should at the very least seek compensation. That's no point here - some just are so sure of their view point and I think it's "healthy" to keep an open mind - lets just wait! Predators - re AIM - there has been cases of corruption - not just AIM though - look at CLLN recently... maybe regulation needs more tightening?

..you are starting to post ..... for posting sake (and I know from experience).. any way what we can all agree on is that this company splits 99% of posters down the middle - either it's brill what has happen here (gifting shares etc) or it's all smoke and mirrors and the FCA would not look at Worthington for no reason (no smoke without fire etc).... Who knows tbh - and that's the point.. too many here are fixed in their view when it's possible we could be wrong.. Whetstone suspended at the time of the FCA knocking on the door... a bit strange... but then again might really be just bad timing and a deal is about to be confirmed!! As for a listing.. if the issue that stopped the NEX listing has been resolved then I see no reason why this cannot happen... lets ALL wait and see what develops...

I do agree that a director buy managed to push the share price up 50% hence making a subscription acceptable/likely. Maybe it was staged managed but to suggest the end is high? Not yet... a director will not throw away ten grand if the end was high imho

I guess it depends on how they are performing relative to the (department) sector? Wages are starting to pick up so maybe over the worse?

Well that was my first post on here in a week - just thought it might be worth getting some debate going... �7k is a lot of money (to most people) so just curious why he wanted to add even more exposure to a share with no track record..? Serious question - worth a decent answer without the gang piling in (predators just can't help himself). Especially since most of you already have quite an exposure via Worthington.. and why did he not get them at the start? Anyway tell me this .. Flagship - last trade was at 51c ... isn't the deal - share issue valued at 5c? See what I mean -- no guarantee that any share swap/exchange will be at a premium. 9/10 times usually at a discount to current market value.. but if you like a gamble keep piling in (I rather see news first)

Well good luck but still very very high risk... no track record... no history of deals... cash equal 1p.... ok the deals MIGHT be transformational... but is this really worth piling in tens of thousands... based on what precisely??

I will have a look at BNM thanks - been doing well with MOS this week - good to see we are getting winners (as well as the odd dud) .. still feel it's worth holding on in here - not sure about some of the share price targets mind - 2p plus will do me gla

This really looks like either a re-rating or news is coming.. Like others, I need 3p to breakeven so not selling but also not prepared to add until we see improvements... definitely looks like 2p plus will happen this week unless there is profit taking gla

Actually most posts there are personal attacks. Rare to see anything positive discussed there. Are you reading the same thread and highlight the positive comments from JJW and Wilts. Ditto here. Debate today has been about certificates and if shareholders are ALL somehow wealthy enough to join Britdaq. Maybe I should do you a favour and not post here until the first deal... So a week, month or a year off here? Any idea?/

Don't take it personal (from these posters) - if you choose to be cautious on most of the shares you discuss - that's up to you. Which shares do you hold at the moment? There are a few shares were I have been fairly negative on .. and a few were I am positive... we all know the posters who pump and dump who always deramp... it's important members read all views on all threads imho gl.. (as I keep saying... at least there's been a director buy - hopefully for a reason)

I guess another director purchase might happen - sometimes a few directors acquire shares at the same time.. lets hope so
