Found out about what precisely? All I did was post that there was new information elsewhere - that's all. I have no opinion as to whether it is correct or not. BTW how can Whet have completed the deals? They have not mentioned this nor have they raised any funds to pay for these deals have they? It's more likely to be a partner or one of the TI parties that completed the deal(s) .. which may then be passed on to Whetstone at a later date .. obviously not for free! There has been no deal on Whetstone yet... assets are 1p remember... deals require funding.. that isn't a ramper or a troll saying it... it's a basic fact!

I see GS has posted (it's been pasted elsewhere).. well a couple of points 1) DON'T HAVE A GO AT ME because I am the messenger here - it was (your mate?) Copper would said the deals have been acquired by another party and Worthington has lost them... TBH it is all a bit confusing.. 2) breaking LSE rules? LOL it's YOU who continues to repeat the posts that suggest the number of shares will stay the same (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) while deals are completed TELL ME WHAT THEY WILL BUY THE ASSETS WITH THEM? Confetti? Thin air? No!!! SHARE ISSUES OR DEBT!! Finally yes it may be wrong to call others rampers but you are not a balanced poster (either) are you - how about all the posters on here who label others as trolls? Isn't that wrong too!!!

..I am one of the few who admits to posting on both sites... (fonters also posts over there)... it's obviously that a few also post over there from here but will not say so.. here's a suggestion - if you read that thread - sign up and post on it (!!) then there will be no talk of who said what, and when, and were...!!

You really don't understand me do you? Unlike others - I have no hatred or nasty agenda here - I just like the truth! IF the news over there had been a positive development AND it had not been posted on here - I would still have posted it here because I think it's fair that everyone knows the score... misinformation should not be posted - whether from a holder OR a "troll" and believe me - a lot of misinformation has been posted here and elsewhere over the years... maybe not on purpose but now it's monitoring the Whetstone website we actual facts/news should be communicated - posters winding one another up .. yep, happens all the time sadly..

Well some of the trades are quite big and perhaps the share price is oversold? As for P&D - usually happens on a RNS - so far no news here so MAYBE there is something in the movement today?

Maybe I read it wrong - there were quite a few posts to read about the subject. It was a LTH/insider who mentioned that the deals were lost to Worthington and taken up by another company. Of course it may be one of the TI parties - so perhaps Whetstone can update on progress soon as I would like a deal done like everyone else (just that GS might be a bit out of date with his calcs)

Nice to see the old faces still (!) here 😊 So if the travel business is showing signs of recovery, should they really be selling it? So sell it to clear debt .. But then will they not need funds/debt for Crete?!

When I looked in at 7.30am - most expected a sharp drop ... you never know for certain how the market will react to news...

,,that's what auditors are there for! Not just to sign any accounts provided but to look at the figures and evidence and suggest adjustments if necessary. At least for future years the accruals/unrealised journals etc. will be correct! Let's wait and see what difference this makes to the results but obviously the markets usually do not like this type of news...

Well apparently three guys turned down �100k on Dragons Den and walked away with nothing (last night?) so if their product is worth investing in - might be worth KIN offering �200k and see if they will bite :-)

Well I think we can all agree it is now very high risk to hold now. At least you know the shares will be suspended and its up to the individual to decide whether they want money tied up for six months with a risk of losing it all or making a killing. Hope it turns out well..

Unlikely with the markets crashing (I can see another 5-10% fall) .. we just need to find our floor and hope for a gradual recovery.. as others have said, the risk is an equity raise - but think company has six months as least before it will be needed .. a partnership or merger might be the best solution here...

Tend to agree but new appointments and the fact they are focused on high growth India offer longer term hope - but 10p? No way this year imho

Well this is a shock - don't look at the share for a few days and all hell breaks loose (not quite but you catch my drift).. TBH I did not think the trading update was that bad - definitely the share price reaction was unwarranted (due to seller)... however, as I have said several times - the cash burn is an issue and a placing will be needed probably by Q4 unless prospects improve soon.. Also as long as the outlook improves, the a placing s/b successful

Remember though that most companies do not release RNSs on a weekly basis. News will come soon enough gla

Just not an oil or tech sector shares - the ones that get all the attention and hype.. At least this company has revenue and will make decent profits going forward. It will re-rate eventually..

Yes great update - personally not that surprised as the contract was known about but the additional HK$18 revenue added is great and also good to know all the ground work is done .. good on bank facility too - no need for a placing. So not a "wow!" from me but a thumbs up and share price going back to were it should be .. north of 3p to start with... just hope we do not get a repeat of last year ... decent spike then gradual retrace on profit taking GLA

Yes they were correct - thanks for reminding those who lost money here for the 1000th time - talk about repeating yourself? Do you know what? I call some shares right... I call some shares wrong.. I bet if you asked Riddler, JLF or Gedw (if all three still post here) if they have ever had a bad investment - made a wrong call - the answer will probably be YES - because virtually no one ever gets 100% of these investments right - if you make a bad call - learn from your mistake - and notice the red flags if you still decide to invest in small cap shares. (I guess the only way you can be 100% successful will be to invest in cash or premium bonds - bit boring though)
