If the "new" company wants to get back the sentiment from a large number of shareholders here - who are down massively post consolidation - the BoD need to do two things imho 1) change the name (again).. lets never again be associated with Fitbug or Kin Wellness - a new name provides a new ID and 2) provide a detailed RNS on future plans and ensure existing shareholders can partake in future share issues at reasonable discounts. Then.. and only then.. may some here be able to move back the last three years and give the new guys a chance. Have a good weekend all!!!

Well there's now two camps.. the LTHs who are way down so (like me) probably need to add to average down and hopefully get something back and new investors who see the potential of the parties involved and pending corporate action. The truth is that KIN is not the company it was - so I am happy to hang around to see what happens. I am just not going to go on the full 100% ramping mode for a while until I see actual news and developments and I am certainty not going to congratulate a director/holder for acquiring over 3% when he is only doing it because he sees a chance of making some money here (which is fine but its for his benefit not ours) GL

Sorry no idea what the term means? I am actually a human being and a very long term holder (although added and reduced regularly) here and what we have witnessed is massive LTH share destruction - and the share price would have to got back to �7 for some here to get their money back. BTW some of the old directors acquired shares here too - fat lot of good it did... director buys or sells are a sign but no guarantee of success and definitely not worth a "well done". As I said - I buy shares most days and do not expect a pat on the back for it - but if you feel better for it fine - I doubt he reads LSE anyway

Why? What has he done? What deserves a "well done"? All he has done is acquire a holding in KIN shares... wow - I don't expect a "well done" if I add more here pmsl. Now IF there is corporate action here at some point in the future, then a well done Chris message might be in order - but definitely not yet.

markets tend to look forward, so you would expect a tick up today.. not long to find out... shame I have no spare funds to add :-(

On first reading, results are not great - but we were aware of this... However, quite a bullish outlook on the potential of India - so lets see how the company take advantage of this growth during the next year. Cash now �1.7 million, down �600,000 since June - so a cash call in a years time looks likely unless growth really kicks in. Still on balance - the share price is close to the cash position and does not factor in any of the potential growth to come - so perhaps the share price is under valued by 1-2p min at the moment...

Still here... just too unwell recently to post much... also no news so not much to say to be honest... just will continue to add when I can as still expect a higher share price in twelve months time. One of my other shares KIN is coming back to life so adding there = have a look... gl

Ok so there are warrants that can be exercised at 20p. This does not automatically mean the share price is about to hit 20p... could take a month or a year or longer... it depends on NEWS and corporate action.. not wishful thinking... Again I just hate share price predictions because 9 times out of 10 then never happen. Recently on CSFG there was talk of a 149p share price - the charts said so.... share price is still sub 2p... quoting charts and giving out higher share price targets is only used for two things a) as a guide and b) to ramp to push share price higher... no harm in this but best to be honest about it... Personally will continue to hold and add BUT no targets from me/....

I guess you will not be adding (averaging down) at these bargain prices then? :-)))

Sorry not trying to have a dig at anyone .. just cannot ascertain were the 20p talk is coming from... wasn't the placing at 5p? Cash now at � 1 million? So any RTO probably will need further shares to be issued .. perhaps at a higher price... but 20p is 4x the placing amount and there HAS to be developments like an acquisition to justify such a valuation ... but happy to trade and to attempt to get some of the last few years losses back (as although I made a nice profit from Fitb .. I kept coming back for more and lost a slice of my prior gains)... GLA interesting here now whatever else....

Can we stop banging on about charts please. 20p? based on what? No historic post consolidation share price performance to go by... Maybe you are right.. sentiments suggests more upside... but without developments in the near future .. the valuation is already looking priced in (imo)... Good to see some making money here .. as it has been a LONG time since anyone has been able to trade here and make profit... but still far to early to get over excited just yet ..imho (and as for charts - how often do they call it right.. they never seen to in the shares I hold!)

Yes, LTHs will never forget the 0.7p to 26p rise of a few years ago.. small fortunes were made... shame it fell back almost as quick and the key issue with the old Bod was that they waited far too long to issue shares.. should have down it at the 20p level .. not 9p then sub 5p.. GL

Resistance about to be broken... halved in 15 minutes... LOL what nonsense... we just had a consolidation and new shares issued... we have no HISTORIC share price post consolidation to even guess were the share price is heading... yep, sentiment might be improving due to name(s) involved but so far there has been no news on corporate activity .. so ANYONE who wants to predict future share price movements might as well read the tea leaves

There's no point going over old ground - at least KIN is still here. Obviously LTHs are down... massively... however I see this now as a trading opportunity to get some/all of the historic losses back... any corporate news and the share price MIGHT go mental.. go personally adding (averaging down) GLA

Since the results are due any day now... of course the share price is about to move... which way it the unknown!

Quite a few newbies today. I don't mind the pump..as long as it is not followed by a dump

Of course the potential can point to significant gains in the share price at a later date ... but it's profit .. not revenue that would get the share price to �1 (profit of � 8-9 million for 10p earnings for 10x PE). Not likely in the short term - lets get to breakeven first. Also even IQE and others did not multi bag overnight - it took several years - and the dot com bubble meant some share price valuations for 100x earnings and far too inflated hence the subsequent crash. As for MOS - if the India business is gaining revenue then a re-rating will happen - no doubt. I am just a tad more cautious as LTHs have been waiting for a long time and were let down before in Argentina... new directors will help however...

Please don't get over excited just yet... We have not had any confirmation directly from the company of any revenue turnaround so hold the bunting until the results imho. Another point - when looking at the charts and giving out very high share price targets/predictions - remember and factor in recent share issues - there are a lot more shares in issue now than several years ago .. and the risk will remain of another share issue at some point if it takes a long time to improve the revenue situation. However the current share price does factor in all the bad news - there is no short term risk due to cash balance - and upside is far more likely than downside. I personally will be happy to get back to 5p. Then I might focus on 8p. Then perhaps double figures. 20-30p is a long way off sorry

MOS is such a strange share ... it takes a heck of a lot of buying to achieve a tick up .. yet a couple of small sells and back down she goes - MM games. Have to admit the RNS was quite bullish even if it was (suppose) about a director change. Perhaps they are now realising they can gain from switching to India - if they get it right.
