What did I say! Seems decent.. (apologies about yesterday, being in pain puts me in a bad mood - btw it was the back to 2p comment that set me off - I hope you are wrong) Enjoy Christmas all MOS holders/watchers!
Actually since I broke my wrist last week I am in a foul mood and just fed up with your constant moaning. You don't have to post here you know as I presume you are not holding!!
Do you know what? How about a positive comment for once? (since it is the season of goodwill). Here's a positive comment - the share price has risen around 50% in just a few days.
Also, you know full well that there may be an AGM statement and an Q&A session.
Stop with the "bah humbug" Amtech!!
Not only the AGM and possible update but maybe takeover speculation? I recall that usually over the Christmas period (we are not there year) due to low volume - there can be some wild movements on one shares so perhaps MOS will have a year end rally! GLA
I am going to stick my neck out and state I reckon MOS could be one of the better performers next year (and perhaps a newspaper tip) IF overheads and losses are cut and revenue slows a gradual increase - the only real risk is another placing in the second half of next year... however I am going for moderate target of 5p with up to 8-10p if improvement exceeds expectations - I just cannot see the share price staying in the 2-3p range longer term if the India news continues to be good - however still a higher risk share gla
Just been reading back as good to see the thread still active (although the longer this drags on the less chance of a relisting imho). Just must comment on your point that most BB posters who invest in AIM are gamblers. Don't agree sorry - they just have a higher risk appetite .. as ALL shares carry a degree of risk. ie. you don't loss 100% of your money immediately - unlike the bookies - by investing in an AIM share - also depends on the company - there are some decent companies on AIM although in the minority... perhaps those who invest on a spike or pile in without research can be classed as gamblers - but usually it's not the fault of individuals if the RNSs issued are not 100% true or some BB posters paint an OTT positive picture which probably was the case here - as remember CTAG was one of the most active threads last year. So in short - yes SOME posters are high risk investors who perhaps "gamble" on chasing an quick buck - but not most - although we all should know that putting 100% of your portfolio in one AIM share is stupid tbh and that any AIM share can be suspended without any warning. GL Dougal and all still hoping for a positive conclusion here..
The MySquare update seem quite decent but share price has fallen - just appears the sector is not in favour at the moment.. .hopefully if MOS increases revenue, cuts overheads and the losses are sharply reduced - we will see a re-rating.. it just might take another 3-6 months although the company might provide an update at the AGM?
GL and good to have such a well known respected poster here. You know what's it like - finding an undervalued share that is being ignored on the BBs .. only for the crowd to arrive on a good news RNS (not today sadly).. happen with PAA yesterday... surprised share price is not higher but looking to add as some as funds are available - as we both know .. so much potential over the next few years gl again
Yes very good update - cash of 8 million equal to 13p (how did they get their "forecast" of cash so wrong? they were expecting 4 million?). Contracts gathering pace.
As for share price = perhaps back to 40p today? Not as bullish as Graham-Wales at the moment simply because most PIs are focused on other shares at the moment .. this company is a slow burner... imo... share price will rise slowly but surely over the next few years .. my target 1 by 2019.. so time to add and sit and wait :-) gl
btw as a holder already and I partake in the placing? If not - why not. Too often the small shareholders are excluded from these share issues - which stinks imho. Hope I am wrong..
PMSL I AM A LONG TERM HOLDER posting here months before you lot - look back - probably the only one poster for months on end alongside Eezy. So hold shares already!!! Just saying the FACTS - the partners shares are to be acquired - that's the missing piece inho
Read the RNS "the acquisition of Live partners shares is valued at 10 million"... so obviously more shares will be issued/exchanged on the RTO. What price are the partners shares being acquired at? How many extra shares relate to the partners? This needs to be added to the placing shares and the shares exchanged for David C loans. Hence why 198p probably is not right and a figure closer to 30p is correct. There needed to be a bit more detail in the RNS imho to clarify the total shares in issue on RTO. Hopefully David C will not sell down his holding post the name change. Happy to hold but keeping eyes wide open considering past history...
Yes I am well aware day traders have arrived. My point is that probably none of you even looked at PAA until today. The spike is due to current low free flow and LTHs bailing out or reducing down. How you value the company sp on completion is unclear yet - depends on total new number of shares in issue. Live is growing fast so may add again on sp weakness gla
I'm no expert on India but the RNS today does suggest they are making progress via sealing new agreements - again I repeat no idea what they will mean to the bottom line - the next update might help. What would you suggest? Not bother trying to break though the second biggest market by population on the planet going though high growth and improved living standards? Try a number of countries at the same time? China... Africa.. etc.. Or keep on the current path but get more local people involved who know India well?
I am not 100% bullish nor 100% bearish like a few here. Look at it this way - although appreciate your reasons for not investing as this is very high risk - do you really expect to gain a cheaper entry price than 2p at a later date? Personally the share price is either going to move up (at least until a possible fund raise in 9-12 months time) or the company is going to go bust - I don't see this happening for the foreseeable future. There's a trading opportunity here imho and up to you whether to take part or not gl
FYI although a shareholder I tend to be a balanced poster - praising RNSs when I deed fit and having a moan when necessary. I see this as a positive RNS - of course far more work to be done and translating these subscribers to actual revenue is no cert. Lets look at it this way 1) market value close to cash held 2) fund raising not likely until the second half of next year at the earliest 3) in high growth market 4) agreements gathering pace. On the downside 1) risk of fund raising at later date 2) still loss making 3) unknown current revenue generation or future forecasts but overheads cut 4) Argentina still a concern. So you can see I have positives and negatives here but think 2.25p is just too low and factors in all the bad news. Unlike the rampers - I don't see 10p any time soon - not until losses are reduced substantially. However 4-5p medium term seems possible so the shares are a high risk buy in my book.
Trap a few? The share price can't really go any lower!!!
This is a great RNS - a new agreement with a well known established India provider - gaining access to potentially millions of new subscribers to the gaming apps. Revenue likely to increase. Still plenty of work to be done but we obviously have a very pro-active management now working flat out to make the Indian venture work. Market value is close to net cash. Little downside... plenty of potential upside. 3-4p today surely??
As I said last week - many holders are under water and will sell into any decent rise imho. KIN should change its name when any RTO is agreed - to erase the dire past history here
So you think a company with (just) cash of 1 million should really be worth 5 million? (before any corporate news).. sorry but no reason at all for this to happen without corporate developments. It's like saying my house is valued at 500k but I can sell it for 2.5 million ... never gonna happen...
Not saying KIN may go up over the next year or so --- but only if assets are acquired that are NAV and earning enhancing..
