Hi, well maybe both offers were not made at the same time? The company might have been quite a long way down the road agreeing a deal with co-op before OVO came in - there might have been a verbal agreement or at least some form of acknowledge they had the deal done? Agree, if both offers were on the table at the same time .. 99% of the time you take the higher offer (1% of the time you might not like the company - terms are not acceptable - or it might mean OFGEM involvement etc).. very interesting though .. and feel really sorry for the LT shareholders here...
