TBH I didn't expect this rise - but I guess market relief over any cash flow issues have been resolved.. The share price was 3x higher several years ago ... the key is whether this is an one day reaction or a re-rating. If it stays about 0.30 euros then it's clear Whetstone have made a very canny move gl

I used to love that show - early 1980s if I recall. Look, there are bad agenda driven posters on LSE - driven to push a share upwards to sell out (without saying) or driven to push a share price lower to buy in.. Ignore or filter or read their comments - but never trade on the words of a BB poster - s/b just part of your research. Most here post valid comments to justify their reasons why CLP is a buy .. or a sell .. and some might see this share as a buy at 1p but a sell at 1.3p etc etc. Don't get hung up on it

Has it ever occurred to some that I might enjoy playing devils advocate? There could be more discussion here, looking at all angles. Any Whetstone investment warrants research. If I really wanted to troll, I be doing a Jason 24/7. For the record, some on the other BB only seem to find negative research! GL today prob see 30p plus

Well there is a long within this RNS to digest ... posters wanted news.. wanted details... and when they get it - they are still unhappy!!! I guess the paragraphs on claims and counter claims and possible further (small) dilutions are spooking a few .. who are then forgetting the great news on the Bitcoin investment and the court news. I will leave it to the LT experts here to calm the waters - yes some will sell out ... fine. Some will also add on any dip..

BTW I repeat - the deal seems good - although not the size I expected. If you do read elsewhere - then research on this investment cash flow - liquidity - need for cash - and the fact it was going to delist - have been posted. Research though should not just show "good news" or "bad news" .. if this investment by Whetstone helps this company to grow - great!

Been reading back.. post reported... I doubt very much 100% of WRN small shareholders are high worth individuals do you? Honestly? So at least some who have/are trading on Britdaq are telling porkies aren't they? Apparently this investment share price has fallen back a lot over the last year (the other BB).. why issue shares at such a sharp discount? Are they desperate? Apparently not - as making a profit - and I DO like the investment. However any further investments Whetstone makes will have to be shares/debt as the cash balance has been mostly used up ... for now... and it's a lot smaller in value than most here expected... Still it is a good start..

First - I may or may not have acquired shares - the sharp premium to NAV is a negative. Second - this is a good deal but small - uses most of their cash balance - not the multi million pound gold mine deal many bang on about for months. Deal worth around �300k - market value of Whetstone �12 million - you don't have to be an accountant to accept the company will have to keep pulling out the stops to make up the difference... BTW were do you get 13 deals from ? It was 10.. now 13.. jesus.... talk about ramping :-)

Well LSE is a discussion website. Any one is entitled to discuss any investment they like .. to say why (which rarely is the case) they think x share is a buy .. a hold.. or a sell... I doubt 99% of us trade on the words of a BB poster - so if any one doesn't like it - go to another website! Agree though that any one telling fibs s/b reported

I wonder if Jason posts elsewhere... I know I ask too many questions and see the jar half empty rather than half full - not its no personal vendetta against the team/company - however the hate comes out from Jason's posts - not sure why. I really hope it is a game changing deal for you guys and I have to eat lots of humble pie gl

Delighted to see the company is getting its word and giving another update after hours - so time to buy if one wishes... not sure how news will filter though to the main market though.. the company is not yet listed on an main market - I don't think there can be a RNS... best to keep posting and at least BB posters will notice the news - especially if good..

Well it is already unwise to chase a spike - in rare cases a share may continue to rise for days on end .. but MOS has tended not to be this type of share - it attracts a lot of day traders. Also remember many may have been sitting on losses or got the shares around 1p - so will be banking profits... good for them.. Now that it has settled down.. I suspect a gradual move back towards 2p .. which will be fair value imho for now

What is the point of making an agreement that makes no money??

It is great news and explains perhaps why they wanted another �100k the other week .. probably for this deal and funding it... agree this share moves sometimes without much volume - so any massive buying spree will see this squeeze upwards - not ramping .. it's the fact based on past experience here gla

Definitely a RNS to get excited about although not too much detail (yet).. an agreement in this high growth business/currency area appears to be benefitting share prices of other companies .. so why not here? Seems like the management is motivated (again) to turn the business around .. 2p plus seems very likely here today gla

Yes of course I know how it works - whatever (!!) the deal is - you will post non stop and ramp it to high heaven - don't blame you - you got money here. However a) it's on Britdaq so no RNS to the market b) will hundreds suddenly become gold members tomorrow and buy like crazy? c) will hundreds of existing shareholders - already exposed here- wish to pile in deeper? Maybe... but it depends on the TERMS and DETAILS of any deal - perhaps you are excited because you already know the details?? If not - lets just wait and see if all this hype is worth it.

When have the words "share" and "exchange" been deemed rude?

..now registered with Britdaq... so what would be a fair price for a buy order then? North of 25p? 30p? Higher... We know a deal is now agreed ... progress... but until the terms are known .. you are stabbing in the dark tbh.. eg. a ************** may be at a discount... or indeed a premium... At least with most companies .. for know the profits.. the income... the PE ratio ... so although this is great news... I don't think anyone should attack someone who puts in a "cheeky" 20p buy order (cough cough)... it might look daft tomorrow.. it might not...
