Look at the non stop buying today - yet the share price is stuck at 6p. Unless there's a big order being worked in the background - this share is due a tick up imo

I sold down late last year but didn't expect to see this retrace. It's back on my radar now for buying back in but might wait in case sub 13p happens. GL

Got some yesterday and this morning at 0.92p - just in time by the looks of it...

Still exceptionally high risk and I have not invested much but it does look oversold and 1p is probably fair value until further news. I doubt the two largest shareholders will wish to lose all their investment so some form of equity issue/debt restructuring might be on the cards. Also disposing of the Australian business has been mentioned

Got back in this morning after the latest holdings RNS. Could be bid activity or other corporate action in the near future imo.. Quite a few buys today already too!

Moving back up now on oversold grounds - could settle back to 1p shortly. GL

Well it's a mixture TBH. Perhaps they should have mentioned the good news about January being ahead of expectation and pending contracts wins in the pipeline first!

Don't forget half the debt (£ 50 million) relates sorely to Fleet Management which will probably always be on the books. It is the non Fleet Management debt that has to be reduced. If the company continues to repay£ 10 million to £ 15 million off the debt each year then this will no longer be an issue in three years time. Surely HHR has a strong case against the insurers since Accident Exchange has already had £ 17 million repaid and is attempting to reclaim further amounts The pending court case can only strengthen their hand and it therefore is not the case of "if" HHR gets compensation it is "when" and the amounts involved. I still feel an equity issue is on the cards once the Autofocus amounts are known. I have been added back in the last few weeks as I still see more upside here. GLA

It's too early to say admin imo.. two major shareholders may be supportive on an equity issue. Hibu has issued the dreaded "little or no value for existing shareholders" RNS six times and is still trading. I'll be worried if this line was within the RNS. High risk of course but I got in at 1p and feel sorry for long term holders. GLA

I'm sure it was at a lot higher price than 3p so they are sitting on losses like most long term shareholders. Noted about 3 million shares sold in batches today which could be Schroders or a large private investor. However, this time they are getting soaked up - perhaps by a large buy order in the backgound?
