IF it is the guy who works for Peel how can he personally invest if he has (perhaps ) knowledge of the pending transaction?

Ultra Materia International is a company that Charles Hall is involved with makes materials by combinging old placstics with polymers and through the addition of a chemical. This can be done with other materials including CERAMICS. Is not Bison involved with fracing sand and possibly ceramic beads?

There's an interesting comment on advfn today. Apparently it will be some form of tie up between Admiral and Davidson and the poster reckons it is more likely that Davidson (the law firm) will take over/merge with Helphire. I'll see if I can paste the comments over tonight

My point really was if Admiral may be putting a law firm "in house" then why not go the whole hog and put the credit hire part "in house" as well? It's going to be an interesting few months for the sector...

You could be right. I am just saying there was no reason for the share drop so the shares should get back to 1.5p without news. With news... who knows! GL

That is why I have got into a number of cash shells including PLMO, PIRI, BBE and BRDY. Also in PRS. I also been tipped to look at CCG so could be a good year for the whole sector!

I have a feeling the share price will be back to 1.4-1.5p very soon GLA

Admiral is looking to buy a Bristol based law firm to bring in house personal injury referral fees as a way to get round the pending April 2013 ban. Perhaps buying a credit hire firm at the same time may also now make sense to Admiral?

Hope it turns around for you. I've just been a bit more of an active investor recently so decided to bank profits and invest elsewhere. However, the fundamentals have not changed and the share price is on a cheap PE and with a new investor stake-building so definitely want back in before the next results. Does the company provide a trading update or just the six monthly results news? I got into DQE last week which is also on a low PE and it has now started to re-rate. The same will happen here eventually especially if the shares start to look oversold... GL

Yes back in IMM yesterday as I agree some news must be due soon. Only have a small amount in HLO at 0.64p average but will probably get out next week. Been active today buying into DQE and SPGH and adding to BRDY. Too much to choose from but will look on your thread this weekend to see what everyone else is buying (also must add to my small WSG holding asap) Have a great weekend.

Very pleased and a bit surprised not to sell quite a bit of selling here today considering the RNS of yesterday. Perhaps the bad news and good news evened themselves out? I did consider adding today but not really wanting to have to tell the company I have over 3%!

Good find about the contract win. I presume the final results incorporate the price of the subsidiaries. I sold in batches totalling 130,000 shares and don't intend to sell any more. However someone has been selling big this week so a holdings RNS is possible Monday/Tuesday imo. As I said, just saw a couple of short term buying opportunities (which I am already up in) and any profits will find there way back here.

Quite a bit of selling this week but I can't blame anyone for profit taking. I did sell 10% of my holding early this morning just as I saw some short term opportunities (like dqe/spgh and brdy). I'll probably add back before the results which are probably not due until the end of February as I now doubt any Autofocus update will happen before then. GLA and have a great weekend

Yes existing shareholders took up 41% of the entitlement but obviously the larger placing is fine subject to the EGM. So I should get by excess shares I applied for?
