Yes there has been a tree-shake but most holders will now wait until the results so I doubt there will be heavy selling on this occasion and a continued gradual movement upwards to 4-5p over the next two weeks... The peak last time was 4.36p so presuming positive news this should be surpassed soon...

Remember Chipf and some other holders have been invested in HHR for years at far higher prices. Some have even written this off and I tend to agree that getting back to 40-60p is unlikely - at least for the next few years. It is good to see some newbies on the thread as long as they have DYOR and acknowledge the pros and cons here. The debate really at the moment is share price fair value which will become a lot clearer on results day. GL

4.0-4.2p live. Maybe I am just being a bit more cauious as the last time the share price went over 4p I did not sell and it fell back to 2.5-3p. However with results just around the corner I will hold again and hope profit taking does not kick in (again)

How else do you make an acquisition or pay down £ 100 million debt (if required)? I think it is likely at some point especially if share price recovers.

Remember the NAV was destroyed by these accounting errors down to 3.3p which will take to time to recover. So an equity issue and/or the Autofocus settlement will go some way to rebuilding the NAV and net profits may not be far off now due to the falling interest costs. I am just not sure what is a fair value at the moment until the next update but I obviously see upside otherwise I would sell out.

TBH to have share price targets is difficult until shareholders are told the actual sums involved although obviously yesterdays news was a positive development. Share price now 3.85-3.95p so 4p plus is likely today but I have no idea what is fair value until results so will just hold and maybe add on any weakness GLA

We know why the share is rising today. It's the Accident Exchange court appeal success. Also results are due this month. GLA

All I know is that cleaning up the balance sheet is a long term objective of the company ie. reducing the debt pile. So an equity issue is the logical solution - but why now? I rather wait until we know the Autofocus figures.. unless corporate action is due to imprement an ABS model by April...

It's just that there has been a number of rumours over the last three months (several that I was told about) and none have been confirmed. Also, what would a fund raising be for?

I also have been adding at this price. There is probably quite a few shares still to clear after the open offer but once this is done I expect a decent re-rating. At least there has not been much selling. GL

Yes HHR has the hallmarks of a classic recovery share although it is in a difficult and changing trading environment. I see the share more likely to follow the path of BDEV and recovery gradually over 2/3 years as I cannot see how the share price will move from 3p to 50p in six months (ie. a £ 165 million market value). The only way this could happen would be for the settlement amount(s) to be way above any ones expectations... very unlikely imo

Hopefully more orders for their Pathfinder product(s). I'm hoping they might make some international orders too at some point. I am also wondering if some sort of software tie up with Advanced Computer is in the works GL

Not sure about extra access as I had just under 3% of Helphire last year and I was told all shareholders would have access to market sensitive information at the same time. (although I find this hard to believe with all small cap/AIM shares).. Two points why I added here a) Trading in January was above expectations and the company seems to expect trading to improve after 1st April re NHS reorganisation and new financial year and new contracts appear to be in the pipeline and b) Advance Computers provided AVIA with a £350k convertible loan which I expect will be converted into a 29.9% shareholding later this year (bang goes my 3% threshold if this happens) so I doubt they will wish the company to go under and indeed may make an offer at some point. Therefore on balance I feel the shares are a tuck away for 1/2 years and hopefully they will either be taken over or re-rate back to near 20p. High risk obviously....GL

My feet are firmly on the ground thanks and I agree about net profits being required for substantial re-rating. However, this is a very positive development strengthening HHR bargaining position in their discussions with the various insurers. It is hard to say what a fair share price is until settlement figures are known but it SHOULD be higher than the current share price imo

It's alright to have this settlement cash to reduce debt as long as it is alongside continued good trading and plans to go to ABS model. This would be the icing on the cake imo
