Got my attention too - hoping the share price is at the floor and will now move up a little. Very risky considering the low carbon price but could this be the next IFL or PVCS recovery share? Worth a small investment imo GL

Well as long as you are prepared to hold medium term then it shouldn't be a problem if the objective for the asset sale is to "maximise value"? Never be in these shares expecting a short term profit - its a hold for the long awaited news and anyway the company still has a trading business!

Yes property sale delayed but more time given (via loan extention) to get a decent price - so depends on the sale for a decent re-rating otherwise fair value atm

Why is that a problem if you are continuing to hold? Plus point is that you can buy more at a lower price! GLA

Well I just about to add as I hate selling at a loss. Shame I did expect a 20% plus movement on results day - but the other way! LOL

It is tempting to reduce considering how much the share price has risen over the last month and I concede I sold some. It is deciding how many you want to hold for 22nd February results. I can't really see a sharp retrace before this date but I'm watching for any share price weakness to add (but it appears so are others considering the tree shake this morning didn't last long) GLA

I may be wrong but if the 75% threshold is reached then a manatory offer has to be made for the remaining share issue. It is hardly worth having a listing now with 72.5% of the share issue with one party so I feel that once the disposal factor is sorted then other corporate action will happen. GL hopefully this will be the new sp floor.

Please the odd "dig" is valid if it has a reason to go alongside it but lets keep the debate on the reason for todays rise - the near 75% holding of Mr Koo and (imo) possible offer for the rest of the share issue - and at what price!

No worries, everyone has their own investment method and risk profile. I am looking at getting back into PMG and BLVN at some point and I'm sure you will do fine there. As I said previous, the real problem with these types of shares is the spread but I feel UVEL is does have upside - especially if the disposal happens GL

I was in PMG, BOR and BLVN but got out when they were a lot higher...... strange how you like risky oil AIM shares but not other AIM shares. The trick obviously is not to have too much in any one share as of course you will hit a rock occasionally like NVTA today. Not sure what you have got against UVEL (except the spread) since the director holds 72.5%, there is an active BUSINESS and there is a multi-bagger disposal likely within the next year. High risk - high reward .. a bit like the oilies....

What shares are you in so I can avoid them? Junk stocks like EVO (200% in two days) MDC (350% in two days) and UVEL (50% in one hour!) Thanks I'll keep to the crap shares lol
