Yes but most companies have goodwill on their books and if there is an accrual put in the accounts for provisional Autofocus receiveables - then hopefully the "true" NAV will be positive

I have sold several times near the 4p level banking decent profits (nothing wrong with that and I was proved right to do so) HOWEVER not this time - will hold at least until the results are out then see were the share price takes us - if anything, I will be adding on any dips between now and 4.30pm tomorrow GLA

Not yet, funds spread across too many shares to add here - unless it falls another 10p (my average is 21p so not too worried yet). Got CAP at 6.45p and reckon it will be back to 7-8p this week as it was really a reaction to the switch of 20 million share holding. HHR results Thursday so expect fireworks - maybe VMP too GL

The share price is getting a bit silly now isn't it? Note the recent RNS were the company clearly stated it was a priority to reduce the debtors total in the March quarter - does no one actually believe them?

And why has this happen? Perhaps the carbon price crash may be the key? Remember two things 1) what goes down can go back up ie. the carbon price and 2) the company has cut in half operating costs. However I tend to agree a placing is on the cards at some point

There was a good post on advfn also stating that fleet disposal prices have materially improved - so agree it may be mentioned within the results. King999 - still not sure whether he was telling porkies or not because if HHR does go the ABS route it may still need funds to acquire a law firm. The company might not be able to wait for the Autofocus settlements and will the banks agree to fund any acquisition out of existing banking facilities? So much is changing within the sector for HHR just to stand still imo. Just three days to find out anyway now GLA

Good luck just feel sorry for those shareholders who got in at 10p - just don't expect them to get their money back but perhaps 3-4p on positive news imo..

.... cash nav was equal to about 2.5p per share so there is some possible upside and corporate activity appeal but just be aware there is the continuing cash burn to factor in. It will not be £8,5 million cash in the bank by this time next year (apologies pressed keypad too soon)
