As you had to be a shareholder before 28th February to be able to take up your open offer entitlement - I presume most shareholders will be medium/long term holders. Therefore although some will wish to bank their "profits" from acquiring shares at 2.5p I do not expect a flood. EPS will probably be circ 0.4p next year (adding £6 million to profits re reduced interest charges) so 2.5p should be the floor and revised NAV will now be circ 5p so I will be holding on to my entitlement and may add if the share price does hover between 2.5-3p post placing GLA

Not immediately - as you buy them by the 15th March but the AGM approves the equity raising a week or so later?

The RNS was issued at 6.28pm tonight so just seconds away from being suspended. Not read the results yet but seen cautiously optimistic about the outlook so there might be further upside here

For every share you held yesterday - you have the option of purchasing 2.6 new shares at 2.5p each. Your broker should contact you and you have several weeks to decide.

The six month deadline for issuing their results is today so perhaps a RNS has been logged? Otherwise they will be suspended. Pretty high risk so not put too much in here but due £6-7 million from joint venture in installments from next year

Sudden heavy buying - results have to be released today or it is suspension...

It states that the record date was 26th February and the entitlement date 28th February (today). I presume when a share goes ex-dividend you are not entitled to the dividend so any one buying today has "lost" out but does who had the shares at 8am this morning are entitled to the open offer shares even if they have sold today?

Not sure if big buyers will benefit from buying today as the shares are already ex-entitlement?

Hopefully its a good opportunity presuming the company stays in profit, acquires a law firm and becomes debt free - plus there may now be bid appeal. If you need to find funds to acquire the 2.5p open offer shares - you can always sell your existing shares but personally I will wait a week or two for (hopefully) a better share price. XKong - just think the deferred shares are cancelled and it doesn't really effect us - we have the same number of shares but different nominal value GL

I usually do - there's an additional line for the entitlement shares added to your portfolio share listing confirming the number you can apply for. Do anyone know if we can apply for excess shares?

I need to have a good read though tonight but it looks like circ 1.5 billion shares in issue and revised NAV of circ 5p so taking up the open offer is advised imo. I think you have to mid March to decide how much of the open offer shares you wish to take up and to make payment but best to read the RNSs for deatils GLA

Sorry not correct - the company has made an announcement that it is moving to AIM so it is not on the AIM market as at today

Well the company will be £ 7 million better off not having to pay debt interest and maybe £2-3 million profit is possible for next year. Therefore poss £10 million profit dividend by a billion shares would equal 1p eps so as a medium term target perhaps 10p is now achieveable? The debt for equity is the big plus as £64 million for 188 million shares is equal to 33p per share??? Sorry bit early to digest it all but seems quite positive overall and I intend to take up a fair portion of my open offer entitlement GLA

Wow too much to digest immediately - return to NET profit of £ 500,000 and outlook positive. However 2.6 for 1 placing for existing shareholders at 2.5p and exchanging £ 64 million of bank debt for 188 million new shares (debt for equity). Also applying for ABS model license so acquisition seems on the cards? Shame about the dilution (to a billion shares) but having most of the debt wiped out makes sense for the company. I wonder if a certain poster may be in trouble for leaking (correct) the placing news and price several weeks ago...

Made a "last orders" top up - and it appears there were quite a few late trades and a closing share price over 4p?

Well they will struggle to keep this share price down if the results are good so they might have sold a day early... of course no guarantees here but I wouldn't sell the day before any companies results GLA
