There was a bit of stakebuilding but a recent RNS stating additional equity funding in the near term will be required has pushed the share price right back to its low point.

Yes it is good that the P&D crew have not noticed and I expect the rise is because everyone who needed to sell to fund the open offer have now done so - and maybe there has been a good take up? It will be risky to sell early on the 26th just to "hope" to buy back in lower but some will attempt this. Also not sure if the shares will show up by 8am on the 26th for everyone - it might be later in the day that the holdings are "live" depends on broker. (I know this from experience). No intention to sell anyway but will definitely buy more if it gets anywhere near the 2.5p level.

We could really do with a large buy now! Really tempted to add back at this level...

Stranges trades apparently being cancelled - perhaps they realised the MMs were having a laugh at 15p!

It will be interesting to see how the share price reacts on the 26th March when the first tranche of new shares are issued onto the stock market. If the share price holds above 3p some will obviously be tempted to sell. It shouldn't surprise me to see a MTV type day will record volume. Noted the NTG results out today (not a direct comparsion to HHR) which were at bit flat. gla

Current shares in issue 36 million and an extra 20 million via placing making 56 million in total... so I presume the PE ratio will now be 5-6? Still cheap and suggests a 0.5p dividend is probable next year?

I put a hold rating (for now) because this is a significant number of new shares so the PE ratio calcs will need reviewing but it IS a positive development. gl

Significant placing BUT at a premium to the current share price at 20p.. Also company will start paying dividends from next year so hopefully the share price is at its low point and may now start to re-rate? gla

Plus on 20% on low volume.. just the start for longer term holders imo

Also rumours of a new JV partner for TPJ in the works (might not be Crater Mountain) so the current share price could offer potential substantial upside if the next RNS is positive gla

Reviewing two mining opportunities in far east Russia which offer significant long term upside (seems a very proactive company) plus six other ventures in various stages of negotiations

I thought this is/was a biotech share so not sure of the connection? If the model is so bad why did the company return to profits, pay down debt and increase margins? I have taken up my full entitlement and expect a significant return over the next 1/2 years... plus.. dividends! (I believe the excess shares will be allocated to the larger shareholders)

Great! An equity placing at 0.40p per share for working capital purposes and future strategy.... Two points 1) it is at a discount and 2) existing shareholders have not been invited to participate!

Note that this is not COOL specific - it seems quite a number of AIM/small cap shares are regularly issuing new shares on to the market and that quite a few AIM shares (in particular) are at far lower share prices than the placing price (kibo/ecr to name two). Once sentiment in the AIM market turns, some of these mining/oil AIM shares should start to re-rate upwards but it may take time. If you are a recent investor (like me) I am sure there is a decent return to be made here if you are patient - however I have no share price targets in mind. Agree - this time last year the share price was 16.25p (not sure about the shares in issue) and sentiment will change eventually. Deals were to be concluded in Q1 ie. THIS MONTH so why anyone would bail out now at the low point? I presume those offering an alternative view are either shorting the share or want in lower (as if 3.5p isn't low enough) otherwise why are they here?

I presume there is not much free float here? Perhaps a share buyback might be considered too?

Please wait th RNS - the courts will rule in four months time if the various parties do not come to an agreement on the sale of the mall. Hence UVEL should have the proceeds from it's share of the mall sooner rather than later gl
