I do feel there's a risk that the company might go private or the directors might buy up the best parts of the business... usually shareholders are the last to benefit ... hope I am wrong.. o/t I have just put some funds into CLLN - looks oversold... no point being sentimental about KIN or any other share - if you want to make money then be prepared to invest elsewhere - at least in the short term gl

Well Done! Post of the year candidate pmsl... Lets be clear... most posting here are shareholders... some - like me - do not hold a significant amount and/or have traded the share though the dips/spikes.. others have held long term - some from over 20p (!!!) .. so if you are a LTH and seen a 99% drop in your company share price do you really think these posters are going to be 100% positive? The share price is now 0.05p for xxxx sake! How can we be positive? Can you tell me what we should be positive about? The ONLY positive option is that something will happen and the share price will double/treble overnight - it's possible but not likely.. so yes maybe KIN can still surprise and if you buy now you may get lucky... but now ultra high risk .. loss making.. minimal funds left.. share issues likely... most here cannot be positive sorry!

Topping up? More like topping myself if this continues!!! Down again!!! Agree with others - looks like they have given up.. and are just taking the last bit of money juice available..

Thanks - will endeavour to send similar email asap.. probably mid week due to meetings... Only other point that could be stressed via email is that some shareholders are considering requesting an EGM to replace the BoD... etc (?). Whether a) we should and b) we could get the numbers is another matter but I reckon they need to know we are fed up, angry and most importantly ... serious (about this) GL

I think a stock market listing is worth £250k so perhaps there is a company out there who might consider a reversal takeover..? One thing for sure - something has to change... and quickly...

Not looked in for a few days.. OMG a new low... at this rate if KIN tries to issue new shares .. they will be owing money! My stop loss needs a stop loss needs a stop loss... it's getting triggered almost every day and fed up of trying to time the dips and spikes .. it's one way downwards traffic at the moment.. Message to Anna - get some news out and quick .. otherwise the share price will be a big fat zero before the end of summer!

Agree -dire.. balance sheet now shot to bits.. only hope really is an acquisition that transforms the situation 50/50 at best

Lots of bubble bursting going on then because surely the RNS is correct? The Company now has an ** un-appealable ** PD which, in effect, gives outline planning consent for the Project

I haven't a clue .. but if I keep saying 6p is coming... I might be able to get some shares on the cheap.... (the risk being the company issues a RNS that blows this out of the water) (of course no news for a period MAY cause a drift down) In short - who knows as no one can predict the future!!

No one has a choice now but to hold on to the tickets/shares... hopefully will come back but 50/50

Two days to results deadline .. not another 6pm on Friday RNS please PAA... when will they ever treat the shareholders with a bit of respect and give up regular updates and results not at the last minute! Hope it's for a good reason (this time)

Seems a decent update .. so no idea why the share price has fallen so much.. perhaps some profit taking?

Welcome new(ish) poster.. never mind what you think.. or what I think... the "market" currently values the company at 10p and the share price is far higher than a few months ago when it was hovering around the 6p area. Lets not pretend that the news this week is not significant - it is - it has been years in the making... however I suspect the company knew several months ago that this court judgment was coming and have been preparing the ground for funding and initial ventures/development... be bad form not to have got the ducks in a row... so if the company is slow to update the market then the share price may drift.. but if the company provides regular updates it should move upwards gradually - you are obviously interested via posting here....

Just think the regulars are worn out by trying to find new things to say - we are holding off until the company gets round to another update - probably in my life time..

Totally correct - MIN has a RNS - a reason for the share price rising today.. far better to have a RNS to back a rise than pumping/rumours or BB gossip as seen elsewhere.. RNSs are what matter.. note though there are a few posters who - for whatever reason - do not appear to want MIN to succeed.. they may have held for years and gave up and sold a while back - they may want a lower price - they may want to wait for further news on how MIN will fund this - and to be fair, it's hard to value the company... people should be happy when others make money and should concentrate on their own investments or make suggestions on which shares they think are also worth buying GLA

Obviously depends on financing terms. As long as there is no massive discounted placing, share price should stay in double figures

As far as I am concerned - you either trade small cap shares or you do not - you should not say for over a week that you only invest in FTSE shares then suddenly remember you had a trade here a while back! Either practice what you preach or admit you will invest in almost any share if there is a trading opportunity! Moving goalposts comes to mind (and we still do not know why he is obsessed with this company anyway1) Probably more news next month.. on funding etc imo so probably will hold off posting much for a while - I have said my piece!
