TBH no idea but the company no longer exists in the format when listed - shrareholders are NOT going to benefit ... end of.. we are always last in the queue and I think after ALL this time - 99% of us have realised that we are not going to get a penny back - although some parties might still make money - I hope you eventually get round to accepting this and moving on... GL elsewhere

Just have to question your "can only go one way from here" comment.. sorry but investing is never that simple - if it was, we would all be millionaires.. of course the potential here is great and lots of news to come - but that is no 100% guarantee of the share price only going one way.. for example, if the company decides it needs funding and issues new shares at a discount to current share price (which is the usual method) then this will limit future upside... expansion will require funding and director loans will have to be repaid eventually - that's why I believe my 10-15p medium term target is far more achievable and likely than a 5 fold bagger - although agree sentiment can change overnight and decent news flow will cause another decent re-rating.. but nothing is ever 100% certain (except death and taxes) GL

Can you explain what you mean? Anyone who invests just on posts on a BB need to avoid investing - LSE s/b just one part of researching any investment - loads of news here recently .. but also a lot of new posters predicting gold at the end of the rainbow.. all I am saying is that as a LTH here .. the spike recently was great (for trading) but the charts show it will take constant news flow to break out of this tight 2-7p tight range... it probably will happen but not via a p&d attack imho

Don't see it myself (as a LTH although traded recently on spike)... look at the five year chart.. bottom 2p top 7p across a five year period - so to multi-bag five times will be a) a first b) will imply 5 fold increase in revenue c) will suggest loss making will become profit making of £ 500k to £1 million per year.. What are the margins for the new contracts? Will the loans be converted into equity at a later date (higher price).. Before the rampers attack - I am bullish here .. and can see 10p short term and maybe 15-20p on a three year view IF IF IF profits start materialising with the new contracts. One to tuck away - not for an quick p & d .. GLA

Look at this share price it's either bust or upwards.. I cannot see the share price staying sub .20p indefinitely.. and it's 50/50 imho which way this is going to go... very very high risk atm.... pros - growth sector - gaining small contracts - promise of more contracts to come and share price moves on news... cons... funding and dilution in the near future expected - even mentioned by the company.. still loss making.. overheads need to be cut... nearly 2 billion shares in issue... no material contract yet... DYOR and make your own mind up gl

Well with around 1% of the 1.7 billion share issue traded - I would say the MMs can hold this back a while yet! Come back when volume is serious - like 100 million - then we might see some movement but.. there will have to be a REASON for any movement here - so the ball is in the company court as per usual...

Well I rather be 22 again than have a little extra in the bank... and don't believe everything you read on here - so many are keen to say when they buy .. but not when they sell... I am sure if you are going to hold these for a number of years you will be rewarded but always good to have an exit price imho - especially with so many opportunities out there gl

Thanks - been in and out of this company over the years - was called something else once but always liked the sector it has been involved in and now the results are starting to come though especially since Sky News reports on ocean plastic etc. A shocker! We need green companies like Biom to grow.. GL

Decide to sell half today at 240p - mustn't get greedy... 100% in a short space of time is some going... this is going to be a high growth long term share imho but it should now consolidate for a while imho... hard to value as well but further news could see a further re-rating so may add on the dips and not selling out completely gla

Decided to sell a large part of my holding here - the rest are now "freebies".. just think the share price has over reached itself and if there is a stock market correction at some point (high inflation low wage growth) then shares like Fevertree which are near all time highs might be effected the most - probably see £20 now lol. (o/t I am doing well with BIOM - have a look sometime GLA)

Not sure why 40p is a cert although of course both parties will be working hard to make this deal work and improve the share price so that there is a decent change of the warrants being exercised (at 15.2p) at some date in the future and I agree we can sell on day 2-3-4 of 40p if/when it happens knowing full well that extra shares were likely to be in the market once warrants converted... remember directors sometimes have performance targets and warrants exercised at x price - does not mean they get round to exercising their warrants. I recall Fitbug had warrants exercise at (I think) 2p but with the share price now 0.2p ... no chance of ever happening... still I do feel this is a long term hold/buy and a good opportunity to add at a fair price - just that it is not a multi-bagger or going to get to 40p overnight GLA

Well it did go up 18% yesterday on trades totalling 100k... low volume/free float means wild movements here hence why recently PAA has been a good trading share GL
