I guess interim results must be due any time now... along with an update... although could be 30th June as per usual... may be earlier if tied in with news...

Fair comment - I reduced my exposure recently on the spike.. there are obviously issues here... however I still feel this share could fall 50% or double in a day - so rather keep a holding than be looking in... and there are plenty of risky shares out there - so obviously I have a decent range of investments in my SIPP gl

I thought yesterday that all indices were down... not just the FT-SE...

If it is such a minor stock - why do you care? For the record, at £ 19 million market value, there will be many AIM or small cap shares with market values far lower... and obviously the same/more shares with a higher market value. Whether the market value is too high/low/about right - is another matter...

I wonder... why the share price has re-rated from 6p over the last few months.. I wonder? I wonder... why anyone would wonder why a 0.25p (3%) drop in the share price - on a day of heave stock market falls - is at all significant or interesting? I wonder? I wonder why non holders care .. or seem to almost take delight in a share price drop.. I wonder?

I held the shares here a while back and recall the good old days of NAV of 20p plus - how this has happen not sure - have property values really fallen so far in France etc? I suppose the only chance of any return will be if existing property values improve and exceed loans - I doubt it .. but perhaps a couple of high risk investors are punting on this happening (I am not).. as I said - will watch for news .. maybe a RTO? Again unlikely but something seems to be cooking..

Not sure why any one would trade the share now - company has said time and again there will be no return back to shareholders once all properties are sold... I can understand people selling... but buying? What with the spread - the share price would need to double with to make a profit.. avoid unless company issues a RNS that changes the situation.. imho

Not quite true - I have always posted on shares I hold or have HELD ... and may buy back into. WRN been suspended for 2 years so couldn't trade them if I wanted to although might buy their "new co". Ditto CTAG - delisted so cannot trade but post occasionally there. However if I saw no value in MIN and no point buying - I probably would not post .. or not as often as you do. There must be a really good reason why you continue to hang around imho

Well maybe it's time to post and show interest on shares were you do see value then - instead of staying on a share you have no plans to invest in. Personally do not expect much movement either until the next news.. gla

Actually.. I doubt it... but many many posters on WRN believe it - new co. shares due to be given to WRN shareholders on/by 16th June so we will know soon enough. I guess if you are a shareholder over there - you have no choice to believe it otherwise it's bust isn't it? Any way enough off topic debate - PAA should have news of its own later this month hopefully... over and out until then

Apparently because it's the decent and right thing to do according to Aiden Earley (you need to read his blog if interested).. also because it allows small shareholders a stake in a company planning to make RTO deals that Worthington were unable to make due to attacks from various sites and bloggers (if you believe in). I am going providing an example were shareholders are being gifted shares - in order to suggest it is not as far fletch an option as you may think.. whether it will happen with PAA is another matter. However I do note that after weeks away from this thread .. you have become very active the last week again.. I wonder why? There has been no news or update - the time for debate will be if/when a takeover happens... we agree the market value is low for a good reason.. the positive is that being listed means a RTO can happen - not saying it will though.

Although unlikely .. gifting shares can happen - look at Worthington (WRN).. now in liquidation but shareholders due to be gifted a mirror interest in a "new co". Unusual to say the least but perhaps an example of how to allow shareholders to continue to benefit even when the original company is in dire straits. Presuming he did "gift" BrickLive to PAA shareholders - he would still have a large stake and would benefit from any capital appreciation - still think new shares or convertible loan notes the most likely options - but the "gift" route is not ruled out completely

Who says it will be Brick Live? Results are due this month - I expect news or at least an update on potential acquisitions at the same time? If you think the update may be positive - buy. If you do not expect any material news or another disappointing result - then sell or hold off until later. No advice - obviously over the last 2-3 weeks people have been selling down due to lack of news.. it appears the share price is now down to a level were buyers are reappearing and/or with results due they want a position.. interesting few weeks ahead .. perhaps?

It took three attempts last time - so doubt Brexit has much to do with it - although perhaps they may try to delay but surely not until March 2019 when we officially leave the EU mess? Not adding yet but sub 4p I will GLA

However UVEL has always been a Hong Kong based business - there is no sign that the company is about to expand out of this Far East area to win contracts world wide - although of course there are many other countries in the Far East... China ... etc... thanks for the explanation on the saying..

..the share price has been fairly flat for a long time until this update.. previous result comments confirmed the delays in government contracts - finally a/the big one has landed.. so perhaps others very close to being signed .. and imagine what will happen here if 1-2-3 similar contracts land in the near future - I rather be holding as this share is looking very positive for recovery and re-rating over the next couple of years

..from last results - shareholder funds over £11 million - and market value is below this.. and cash held of £936k suggesting no current need for a share placing to fund the expansion of business (although a higher share price could tempt a fund raise - seen it happen elsewhere)... strong balance sheet and growing business -what's not to like? Just the undervalued status .. atm...

Frog in a well? Never heard of this saying.. As an accountant = I look at the raw financial data - not were it is necessarily coming from. Last 6 months reported data - £2 million revenue and £105k profit - so lets hope the margins are better for this contract otherwise profits would be around £1 million per year on the revised revenue of £10 million plus. I expect better margins ... perhaps profits of £1.5 million in 2-3 years time so a forward PE of 6-8 suggesting a share price target of 6-8p med term (and you did state 4.15p s/b the floor - I agree and drop due to profit taking) GL
