I guess you are not a current holder then? So are you posting because you held.. or may invest on the right news/share price?

The difference with CTAG and other AIM shares is that PAA is (usually) rarely traded - there are weeks without trades.. so for there to be 20-30 trades within a hour - without a RNS - suggests at least some received some info before the market knew via a RNS by the company. Of course a few of the trades would have been from PIs (like Barry) noticing the spike/interest and buying in. (personally rarely buy without a RNS as usually there is a "no reason for SP movement RNS" and the shares drop back - on this occasion the buying was legit .. hence the FCA interest...)

Only just noticed - obviously suspension had to happen especially as some in the market must have heard some news first ... hence share price rise. Hopefully shareholders will finally see some return and perhaps an acquisition that will transform the situation GL

We must be near the bottom by now? Another trading update due next month and then results Oct/Nov... shame I have no spare funds to add at the moment... at this level .. perhaps MOS may attract attention......?

Admin - please review some of the recent posts - surely too personal and breaking LSE rules. Guys - stop taking your anger out as one another (as fellow shareholders) and focus the blame were it s/b directed - THE COMPANY. As LSE is a discussion thread and some posters have commented on possible ideas/solutions - good - the company probably will not read or listen but at least some are being proactive here. If anyone thinks the ideas are not valid then perhaps come up with your own suggestions on how to proceed - an EGM perhaps? (presuming the company continues via sorting out funding - not that likely) I hope no one had too much money invested here.. gla

..The interest is elsewhere at the moment .. this is a slow burner.. Will it go below 3p? Well if this happens it will be valued at the level of cash the company holds and not be factoring in any of the growth potential. The next news may be key - but not selling at this level. IMHO 5-6p should be the minimum here - even if it takes six months to get back to this level GLA

Going over 3% or staying under (like me)?

Just seen update as I did not notice it at 7.02am. First great news on cash - no worries on another placing. March update had 175,000 subscribers so added 25,000 more in June quarter but 50,000 since quarter end. Perhaps different months show different growth for some reason? What we need to know is the subscriber breakeven point.. is it 500,000 or a million or higher? Hopefully company can provide this info in the Annual Report or at the next AGM? Decent news on Argentina too - not getting any worse. Overall update and share price does not reflect this news. Should be 6-8p minimum Imo gla

Seems quite upbeat and progress on ebitda and mention of possible investor.. Hopefully back over 10p today..

..is yes... we should get another update shortly... probably before the end of July... if KIN comes out of suspension ... there probably will be significant dilution... and there better be some decent news as well because otherwise the share price journey south wards will continue 50/50 imo

Really confused now... I thought they would not convert any more due to sub 0.1p share price? Why convert into equity at all if there's no chance of relisting?? So it appears a tad more hopeful now than earlier this week.. The bar lunch meeting of LTHs might have to be cancelled... (strange how they can be so proactive on saving their bacon but give the impression of not that fuss re new contracts)

I wonder what tech we have to sell to the Chinese? I suppose the Americans might be interested in a make-up range? What's the odds several KIN individuals do well out of this by buying the "best" bits of the company on the cheap? I wonder what Sally must be thinking? Will I get my sponsorship?

To be fair... she probably did expect big things and only a few weeks ago the company was told the funders would do the 2nd stage even with the share price below 0.1p.. now they have changed their minds... which isn't really on is it? It would have been "fairer" if they had done the 2nd stage as they agreed but made it clear that was it - no more sub 0.1p funding.. the company may have a case there.... Also Anna is not the only one to blame - previous management ... the entire BoD... advisors.. senior management... ALL have to look at why and how the company got into this financial position... Lets wait for news .. NW1 may not wish the company to go belly up considering their debt element

£296m - really? Not sure the company was ever valued at that price but happy to be corrected

I really do not think a couple of moans on a BB resulted in the company suspending their shares. Posters were moaning for a reason - lack .. of... news... and we all knew what would happen if news did not come.. No one here is to blame for what has happen... lets get clear why this has happen.. 1) more selling than buying - and perhaps MMs games 2) overheads too high 3) revenue too low 4) new contracts not significant enough 5) not enough new contracts! 6) funding arranged to dilute the share price making it fall further and faster 7) funding pulled because share price half of agreed 0.10p minimum - why did it keep falling? 8) Shareholders here trying to get answers and probably willing to support a placing if new management came in Personally my remaining exposure here is very low - others may lose significant amounts. Questions and answers are needed - but no BB poster has anything to be sorry about or to be blame for - we may all lose money here - the risk of investing in small cap shares - active traders tend to hit the rocks once or twice over the years and KIN is one of those shares .. unless NW1 are prepared to help..

Please let me know which shares you are invested in ... so that I can come on to your thread and say "LOOOOLL losers.. you are gonna lose the lot! This is AIM hahahahahaaa"... Wishing fellow investors to lose money is the lowest of the low - reported!

Post reported ... we will not take lessons from a new poster .. who has been asked to provide valid positive reasons for investing in KIN at the moment... come on 2-3 reasons... I will give you one possible reason - low share price.. share price cannot go any lower... trouble is, many of us have been saying this for months and all the while the share price has continued to head south and the company has done zlitch to address the decline... so if you want to get angry ... take it out on the company .. not long term holders who probably cannot even sell because their holdings are now worth ... pennies!!
